So like.... Byakkos cvs2joe and rajaas mech hisui can spam projectiles like theres no tomorrow. But i want there to be a tomorrow and make it so that they just cant do so many of the same move over and over in succession. How can I control how fast they can pull of a certain move? or... yeah. Thanks for the help.

He plays great just as I expected. Is his focus attack not supposed to drain life while charging? Rugal's does. Im not sure if its accurate to SFIV but I assumed it was to make doing a focus attack and having it interrupted a risk.
