Open the mugen.cfg file found in the data folder. Scroll down to the win video section and where you see the screen resolution bit change it to 640x480 like it suggests.
Then set screen stretch to 1.
I really cant make it much simpler than that.

If you still cant get it to work I suggest getting a new hobby. ;)

I say stick with the old style. It might take a lot longer but in my opinion it looks a lot better.

I personally think its a great idea. I don't know the background story for K' but why shouldn't it have an English language voice?

The general consensus seems to be to release the .act files and put the link to the creators website.
If a creator has a problem with this they will just have to contact the palette editor to ask for its removal.
