Works fine in firefox, I use firefox. Just follow the instructions i previously posted, and make sure to click the "non IE browser" to download the file.

how do you translate the characters into digits? Can someone please just post the codes here if it doesn't break any rules or help us out with a hint?

Same old garou sprites with kofxi hitsparks. Not a very good effort I'm afraid. Are there any plans to update these? I mean , th project does have potential!

Here are characters I think he used:
- Sakura
- Cammy
- Chun Li
Any more that you can think of please say so.
He's definitely used whip from KOF!
