the mode select scene looks nice the options are nice the only thing i dislike is the character select the colours are kinda blinding sometimes and weird how everything is black and blue then goes to different colours...

Metroid Fusion: If you're going to use Scale2x, at least make an attempt to clean up the graphics.  I myself use Scale2x as a base, but I then basically redraw the sprite to look nice, sharp, & clean (so that it doesn't look like a filtered graphic).

yea the stage is real nice also the scrolling is kinda screwed up
