now where would I fit the rotating?
only place I can see putting it in is in a few standard attacks.
I guess I COULD make him fly... meh, If i can manage that, expect it in the next update. Shouldn't be too hard. now where do i find the flying tutorial again? 
I myself am no good with MS paint.
Expect an update. Like I said, I made the version number too high.

removed that uber white screen OHKO
Chaotic L Block is borderline unstoppable.
Added another move.
I guess I should've lowered version dates, as im not done with him yet... ah well XD

Updated him.
realized he was completely unstoppable, so i change that. sorry about that.
when fighting and non psycho shredder opponent, his lightning counter automatically throws the opponent into the damage state, ignoring things such as Zero_col's teleportation.

Actually, whenever he gets hit, he sends himself into a state that inflicts 100 hits of 10 million damage on the foe, and fully recovers his HP
