It's not an interactive feature though. If you change the stages in the screenpack, don't think the images are going to change. The images are fonts (each image is considered as a letter), and stages are named after the letter for which they are designed. There was a tutorial by Wooshaq about how to do it, but he removed it.

Oh , you need to make a font that has a thumbnail of the stages instead of the letter, its not automated, there are a few other persons that did it for fullgames.
So, everytime you added a stage you would need to add a thumbnail to the font, and name the stage with just one letter.
for instance, stage named A with the A in the stages font being a thumbnail of that stage.

I'm pretty sure 90% of the game's content has already been released as standalone releases. Just browse their forum to find all the chars and most of the stages. Maybe the screenpack too.
