You cannot sue or "bring justice" to this site.
Here's why.
This forum is not a country or a set democracy, and therefore cannot be sued for "infringing" upon rights. When you join a forum some of your rights become naught and your IP is logged and the admins can see IP's, change profile options, ect. Infringement of the first amendment, is therefore, not a legal action available to you.

Banning an entire source of users is outrageous at best. Also, with your thinking, it infringes upon 1st amendment rights, therefore you cannot do this.
