this screenpack is open source if you wan't change something you can. but all char and all stage is not mine, I add the credit in the endding.
And special thank for Thedge, when I have saw his work in honda I  have began this screenpack.

Un grand salut toute la parti francophones de mugen.
je cherche des personnes intéressés par le projet final fight urban chaos, principalement des codeur pour recoder les perso, 8 au total   ( haggar, cody, guy, maki, poison, sodom, andore, et rolento )  ainsi que les bonus-stages (la voiture à casser ainsi que les perso basics Dug, Simons, Bred, Jake sprite dispo ici ->http://scrollboss.illmosis.net/customspritedl.php)
le screen pack est sous une résolution de 384/224 pixel ( résolution de presque tous les jeux arcade de capcom ) sur mugen 1.0.  le screen pack est presque fini, il me reste quelque détail a règler.
Pour les stages j'en ai fait une 10 aines qui sont terminés, ou presque, mais à cause du changement de résolution (384/224 pixel au lieu de 320/240 pixel) je dois retaffer les stage.
---------------->en gros il ne manque vraiment que les persos à recoder avec un game play similaire pour avoir un bon petit jeu sympatosh.
