The vid looks slick, I like the black screen during the Supers and the ability of some of your supers to chain into each other is a nice addition. I like your ideas on super moves, and i'm excited to see if you're making anymore but if not the present ones are very nice imo. Oh and about the lightning, if you thought it didn't fit Jedah maybe it's color could be changed to red or shades of black or something, purple works for me anywho.
Oh and I had an idea, you know the super where he slams the ground and many hands come up and drag the character under the floor to hurt them while Jedah watches? The color of the background/fluid was always purple. I always thought it would look much better RED like Jedah has pulled them into a sea of blood. I think if you made the hands more red, and made the liquid that the opponent is pulled under into red the move would look even better for Jedah.
Well, he's not filled with rage because the monks probably would teach him to control his emotions and be a nice calm guy. Holy Ryu would be a good name if not for the connotations it has collected over the slew of holy characters. I personally kinda like Enlightened Ryu, the more I hear/read it the better it seems to fit for him in my mind. Gl on your char btw, I loved your Raging Ken.
maybe you could use the symbiotes weakness to fire as an excuse to make this Ken more of a user of large combo supers as opposed to the usual all fire based supers.
I biasedly (is that a word?) vote venom heh. And I love you for putting Venoms spider symbol in there ^^ I am looking foward to both of your WIPs now. I also think your akuma wip sounded neat if you still planned on doing him someday.
I kinda like the bright light move on Devil Jedah, he gets to do his nasty winpose face/laugh and the enemy starts bleeding profusely. It's one of the more imaginative versions of the move i've seen, as opposed to other just adding it to a char with no extra effects at all.
I sure hope you're right Casey Jones I hope they bring the venom symbiote back in movie 4 and give us the real deal Venom. I loved the comics heh, I had a collection of Venom comics and action figures too when I was a kid. I probably still got them somewhere. One of my fav mugen chars is the Carnage made for Marvel vs. DC heh ^^
Heya Vyn, since you're looking for ideas for air supers I thought I'd try and help. Bear with me if the ideas suck or the coding would be too wierd, I'm just trying to be helpful =P (I'm assuming these are super moves that require energy bars)
[1] You could have an air grab super that could be canceled into from a Dragon Uppercut Super that would say grab the opponent and in a whirl of flames bring the enemy crashing to the ground while spinning with them in his clutches. Like a rolling throw but airborn, coming down with a fire exsplosion of some sort when the opponent connects with the ground.
[2] You could have a super similar to the fiery downward-flying kick that he has, where he would instead deliver a fiery elbow (muy thai style) directly down onto an enemies head, you could have 2 version one that comes straight downward and one that has an arc to it. Maybe give him a little bounce off his feet after the blow, returning him to normal standing position like hes trying to be bruce lee or something.
[3] You could have a super wherein Ken does a foward flip towards the enemy from the sky, coming down on them with a fiery stomp/kick or axe kick (I think it's called, Kim kinda does it) that would end with, yup you guessed it, an eruption of fire/magma etc.
[4] Another air super could have ken start doing rapid palm strikes while air-born downwards diagonaly towards the enemy on the ground, resulting in small explosions of fire across the opponents body, perhapse forcing them onto their backs during the barrage.
[5] Last idea at the moment, Ken could (from the air) grab hold of his ankles, pointing his knees diagonaly downwards and deliver a double flaming knee attack.
Ok that's all I can think of right now, I hope some of these sound good and not just silly to you XD GL on your project Vyn
