His shoryuken could be like a rising psycho crusher. And if he had it like that he could have like a shinshoryuken but instead of doing the 3 hit thing the first hit would lift the opponent of the ground to a certain height and then he would psycho crush him upwards with multiple hits and then end it with a stomp on the ground and laugh (keeps laughing on him if it KO's or he warps out a little bit if the opponent survives).

Vega+Ryu= Muteki
