I've lived 30 minutes away from the Santa Cruz arcade my entire life, which is one of the biggest in California.

Though I'm in SF now so I don't know where the arcades are. I heard there was a GG scene somewhere, but I don't know for sure.

What punishments?
I picked up TTT2 in December and I played 5 games online before getting bored of fighting the same people because everyone already played it to death.
(I don't really play fighting games online, I usually like to go to the arcade to play against other people)

A system like that could be pretty easy to cheat.
it's been used a couple times if I remember, but I've never been in either queue so I don't know how successful it actually is in practice.

What developers could do is detect how you were disconnected (either you quit or it was your connection), and have two categories of disconnection rates. Then they can put you against other quitters or people who bad internet so it's fair, like how some games have lower priority queues for people who quit.

Of course I'm not a developer and I have no clue how they do this (check if the disconnection was through the menu? I don't know.)

Balance bars are about 50% done!
There are a few graphical hiccups and I just need to do the flipping sides deal (where if you face the other direction the bar flips to face the same direction)

I haven't started on the grapple gauge just yet because I need these bars done immediately, but it will be done much more quickly because it doesn't move.

In addition, I have added the info from my text file concerning the balance and grapple gauges so you get a better insight into how they work.
It's under the special state number section on the first post.

Open it with WinRar, you'll get the readme and the char folder, where you can see also Elecbyte's readme.
Well, my phone's unzipping program must have screwed it up when I unzipped it last night because that readme never appeared.

Ignore my earlier complaints now.

There is a readme. It's in the compressed file.
The only readme in the folder is elecbyte's

I would like to know where Duck@ss' readme is since he said there was a readme to read and I ALWAYS read the readme before playing the character.
I am disappointed that I actually have to play the character to find out what is different.

I wanted to see what you changed on my phone, but you didn't make a readme. The only readme in there is the one elecbyte made, and you didn't edit it...

So uh... where's the readme and what did you change?

Also frame data for just about every Soul game is here

(not complete)

MK9 frama data (formatted in a not so neat way)

I've looked for other MK frame data, but the only things that have popped up for me is the stuff from 9.

I played it a bit on saturday and it's okay.

the system is unique and I like it, but I really dislike the whole pay to win (not a fan of the big pay to win phenomenon that's been going on anyway), because I played through the story and it gets really hard to beat it without Asura points and you get maybe 1 point a fight if you're lucky.

Oh the text files are for my Buriki One system, but most of the files are just the data for different characters I plan on making.
I just meant that I could have all my data in one spreadsheet with this, instead of all the separate files

If I had frame data to share I would gladly do so. If I see any around and you don't have it yet I'll send it over.

This looks really useful! It's basically everything I have in ten text files.

How are you judging frame data from characters like the Z2 series who're exclusive to mugen and don't have studies on their frames?

I always display my working vars on the clipboard by the way.

So the gist of what you mean is that if I have my bar aligned so that it's aligned with the shell of the bar like this:

It will scale toward the axis of the sprite (which is the edge).

So aligning the axis at the center will make it scale towards the center

     Posted: January 26, 2013, 04:35:45 am
Well fuck me, I never through about scaling actually being relative to the axis, but it makes so much sense.

Thanks for the explanation and thanks for the help guys.
