Meer Campbell correction: I found it, worse enough it is mid-centered in the post meaning it's easy to overlook unless you use "Find On This Page" option. The whole reason I use Firefox again. It simplifies looking for awkward text on the page.
Agh... That's what I get for listeniing to people on youtube who think characters are private just, because they can't find or overlooked the download link.
Nevermind about Ranma, I was thinking of a different version of her. I think the file name was "a0ranma." The one I deleted was indeed ranma3 which was a nude version of her and those don't fall well with me.
Kagome, I never knew she was still online. I thought VinceJ had taken her offline.
Sekai's download link is ‘ã—ŒöŠJ on the mainpage. Next click, 6845¤µ¤ó¤ÎÂåÍý¸ø³«Êª, after just click on her image first one below. I just couldn't remember the site name, I thought it was Mugen School, but there is more than one mirror of that site though. Three in total, I think. Now a lot of people would overlook Sekai's download link since it doesn't say "mugen." It's under "hosted." Except on your "html" bar at the bottom of the page it will say "dairikoukai."
My mistake, Bahamut, I'm certainly not the most perfect when it comes to determining if characters are online or offline. As I said, I have so many characters on my database it's really hard to keep track of which ones are online/offline/private. That saves me the headache of trying to shrink her snd folder since it is so large.

This one was specifically made by Arche, but his site is long gone. Yes, he is Japanese. Most anime-esque characters especially Japanese anime characters are designed by the Japanese.
You might recall this name, Mikage Sougetu who made Zero Hotaru (Garou: Mark of the Wolves).
Japanese can't make characters? I resent that statement. AOAO who also happens to be Japanese made excellent creations when he was around. None of his creations had bugs and they were quite well put together. Rumor has it he is going to return. He was well-known for his Guilty Gear/Samurai Deeper Kyo creations.

Well Finir had it set at 30 Level just before he made his next update. In his next update he kicked it all the way up to 99. It appears he was trying to keep accurate with the anime and didn't care how balanced it was toward gameplay in mugen.

Rapied Ayaka would be a character from the game Queen of Heart. It's hard to find QOH characters now since French-Bread has declared all mugen coversions from that game be put to a hault.
She is a character based on Ayaka Kurusugawa from the anime To Heart.
Impossible to get now since Mikage/Arche's site is dead. However, you can still get her through the Way Back Machine since her download archive is still active.

Trust me K.O.D, she isn't as cheap as other characters such as Dark Athena 2002, Super Dizzy, ect. There is a way to escape her from pushing you into a corner. Ryoko is even more cheap than she is.

Her moveset is one of a kind and she really defines the word "ass kicker." Her quick movement and speed gives her the advantage over even the toughest of foes. I must say she is a really fun character to play as.
I personally think she is an awesome character even though she's a little small, but that doesn't mean she isn't tough. With a moveset like hers, if you corner your opponent(s) and get them stuck there you can usually annihilate them with her unless one of them gets free.
How does everyone else feel about her?

You know, a screenshot/author name or a link to a video would have helped me, but now I know who you're talking about. Next time you want a character, at least post a screenshot/video or an author name so we know who you're talking about. Just a character name won't always cut it.

My search through various ISO files I have has come up empty. I have been unable to find Demon Hunter Rumi, but that doesn't mean I don't have it. As soon as I find it, I'll send it to you. Hoping this one huge ISO I have has it. I've checked through 1 and 2 ISO of 8. No luck on Laurence Blood either.

This area is specifically meant for help on finding characters or stages and requesting characters or stages that have gone offline.

She is a character based on Ayaka Kurusugawa from the anime To Heart.
Impossible to get now since Mikage/Arche's site is dead. However, you can still get her through the Way Back Machine since her download archive is still active.

Trust me K.O.D, she isn't as cheap as other characters such as Dark Athena 2002, Super Dizzy, ect. There is a way to escape her from pushing you into a corner. Ryoko is even more cheap than she is.

I personally think she is an awesome character even though she's a little small, but that doesn't mean she isn't tough. With a moveset like hers, if you corner your opponent(s) and get them stuck there you can usually annihilate them with her unless one of them gets free.
How does everyone else feel about her?

Now that I'm thinking of it, I know who you're talking about. You are talking about Rumi Nanase by Watanabe Seisakujo/French-Bread (Rekku) from Eternal Fighter Zero, except you want her when she has blue hair and uses a sword.
Also known as Demon Hunter Rumi.
You know, a screenshot/author name or a link to a video would have helped me, but now I know who you're talking about. Next time you want a character, at least post a screenshot/video or an author name so we know who you're talking about. Just a character name won't always cut it.

My search through various ISO files I have has come up empty. I have been unable to find Demon Hunter Rumi, but that doesn't mean I don't have it. As soon as I find it, I'll send it to you. Hoping this one huge ISO I have has it. I've checked through 1 and 2 ISO of 8. No luck on Laurence Blood either.
