Ok, so after some exstensive research I have discovered that you do not in fact have to use the Cryptographic Sequencer to do this cheat. You can use any gadget (as any of the characters) and do the same method (Hold down both LT + RT and twist the analog sticks around in circles) and you will be transformed into Big Head Mode and so you are in fact able to have big headed Robin, Nightwing and Catwoman (in all of thier costumes). Also if you do the same method again while in Big head mode you can transform back to normal.
I also discovered that wiggling the right analog stick around while Batman (or any other character) is standing still will cause him to do one of his Challenge mode taunt animations (the ones shown before starting a challenge map) but without the sound clip playing.
Im going to do a whole lot of expirementing and see if there is anything else I can find out.

I do have one little quibble though; the wings on the bat-symbol don't really look like wings as much as they do diamonds.that's because diamonds are girls's best friends, this way he hopes to be catwoman's prey.
He's fine to me. Arkham City Batman is the master of bulkiness (for a normal Batman).I have just finished 71%, stupid riddler, is there no end to this game, the more i play, the more i wanna play. I just bought all the suits yesterday.
