Just finished Afro Samurai. The game mechanics weren't that good, but the story, cut scenes and music were well done.

I find Yang to be the best character out of all the new ones, but that might be because he was one of my mains in Third Strike.

I found the online to be worse after the patch. I haven't been getting lag but I get a message saying I have been desynchronized out of the game session a lot.

A disc is always needed if it's placed in the Add-on's section but I think they should have released the first game by itself on PSN and Live. Although, I guess it's good marketing since it gives people incentive to buy the second game new since you get the code to download the first game if you buy a new copy of the second game. I'll definitely be getting them but probably later on since I got a lot of games I still need to finish.
