Update.

Sorry for the sound, Snagit started to fuck up on me, got any better mugen recording apps out there? Also I forgot to add default blocking sprites and I am aware that the static effect happens when blocking, didnt noticed that until afterwards, anyway I manages to avoid custom state glictches in the ports and special thanks to myself, shinra, wooshq and armor cage, I manage to get the port trick right.

Oh the Fighter Selected voices were made by GoldTSG.

fighter factory is the program u would need but you wouuld have to look up a tutorial on youtube on how to make them
