I like the cartoon-style MK characters in Mugen; the other ones that use original MK graphics (but often come out dwarf-sized) are crap and usually buggy. Binho's characters http://mugenbinho.scruffydragon.com/ are good, Shang Tsung is best.

I'd like a collection of all the good Mugen MK characters, but, the trouble with downloading them is, you don't know if you're d/ling a crap version or not - the filenames are always just "raiden.zip" or "liukang.zip".

Pneophen's site doesn't have any Mugen stuff on it now.

Why isn't there a Beavis? There's a Butt-Head.

I've searched everywhere for another version, none exists. It's no big deal I suppose. I have 700+ chars that work fine.  :)

Thanks mate but that's the same Michaelangelo I got. It crashes WinMugen instantly, I think the problem is in the char's cns or cmd file, but I don't know how to fix it.

I've tried different versions of WinMugen and checked the log, but there's nothing in the log about it. Does that Michaelangelo work for you? Or does it only work on Linux?

Pioupiou's site doesn't host them. I know they're not very good, but I used to like Ninja Turtles when I was a kid and I've got the other 3.

This is the only d/l I can find: http://www.pokeville.itgo.com/mugen/index2.html and it crashes Mugen immediately. I've checked the usual places, including esnips. Can anyone PM me a link or something?

Thanks for those; Rikard's original characters are great. And his SPO Ryu is hilarious when he does his crap shoryuken and lands on his arse but still damages the opponent :laugh: - Dan was supposed to be funny, but CapCom could learn from this guy.

The actual Rikard KoF character is like a mix of Kensou and Kyo, but probably the best original one I've found. There are so many derivative Ryus, Kens and Akumas, is there a gay Ryu yet? How about a straight King?  :rolleyes4:

Was TigreNegro made for MUGEN?

I'm new to MUGEN and I was about to start a similar thread: "Recommend a made-for-MUGEN character".

I've taken in some of the suggestions in this thread - anyone got any more for original MUGEN characters? I'm looking for balanced Capcom / SNK / CVS / SVC / KoF etc. types and not the kind of crarp that can throw 48 fireballs without charging.

So far I like the Angel/Evil Ryu/Ken - very good work - and not for profit! Ella is brilliant (bit too deadly tho) And those Metal Slug characters are a larf.
