Command move problem

I'm tryin to make a projectile throw with a certain command.
Here's the code:

Name = "hatthrow"
Command = ~B,F,x

It don't work though but If I put it like just back front without the ~ it works. I also tried it without the ~
Any help?

well i do have a method of what u can do, hope u dont have alot of stages on that :P but convert the mp3 files to an ogg then switch the plugins. I have the same problem but i have about 200 stages and that will take alot of time from working on my character

Ok I searched around to stop music from skipping. I turned down my hardware sound acceleration, checked if plugin files were in folder AND checked my plugins, here it is btw:

Im using ogg format for music because mp3 started skipping and now ogg is skipping. To see the video go to alums.servequake.com

The moon looks like its right above there heads in the background, like if they were the size of the moon. I agree just remove it, if you want. Everything else in there looks good. although the middle part needs some animation i think.

I cant seem to get the throw spots in the right places. can someone explain about the pos part. And also the AnimElemTime too. Those seem to be confusing me. I really need on help on this or else i wont be able to finish this char and this is important. Ive been working on this throw for 3 hours and still cant get it right. :/ I just need help on state 810. Take a look at the code. Let me explain how the throw goes. There is only 2 throw frames. I got the first part of this right but once he throws him he falls down. His position moves but how do i animate to get from up to down. (Air)--------------(to floor)

Ok, lets say i open mugen, go to arcade, select character, fight! Works well there. but if i press esc to go back to the menu and i select arcade again, i get assert failure in array.c line 349. Anyone?

Well when i was following the narutorial I discovered i did something wrong. I forgot to include my special attacks colors to the palette. Im about almost halfway done with my first character and i dont want to start all over again. Anyways the char im talking about is kung lao, (on my avatar) and he has a hat throw special attack. So any help on adding colors? and making them show up right? When he throws that hat, theres some sprites that go with his body, so its put together, and when i apply the palette, his body shows up wrong hat is just fine. any fixies? The reason i ask for this is because if ima have different palettes of him, and i do his special move, people will notice he has a palette error.This problem is fixed ty Cyanide. NEW PROBLEM ZOMG :O
When I did what Cyan said, everything worked fine but one thing. Take a look at the pictures.

The hat is white when its suppost to be those blue colors. Yes i click shared pal (dont wanna take it off or this sprite will be the couple only ones that will have a palette messup.) I also yes i applied the palette in paintshop pro Any help?

My character has 2 different falls, of course im talking about a MK character. Anyways 2 falls. There is a trip sprite for him though. How would i make him recover from his "Triped" sprites?

Im not really a SNK fan but i do like Mai. I tried this character and it was great. The supers are nicely done. Everything that this character has is great.

Im not really a snk fan but i do like Mai lol. Although this character has alot of moves so ima try it.
Edit: I slapped this character in my select def, tried it and IT WAS AWESOME! Has alot of nicely done effects and moves. Animation is pretty sweet. Looked like a complete character. (i know it pretty much is) Good Job, keep up the good work.

This is kinda unrealistic, really.  No offense or anything but, your characters are quite average, and not worth being accessible via registering and 20 post requirement.  MUGEN is freeware, and thus should be accessed easily, under no obligations.
