Everything Laxxe makes is a joke character. Play as Tiff Lagomorph and try not to claw your eyes out. I dare ya. Seriously Laxx, how much do you suck to not even be able to code a simple joke character without a freeze? When are you going to take a hint and quit?
Because everyone knows that if you're not out to please everyone else, you should stop doing something you enjoy. If you don't like his characters or if you don't think they're funny, then don't laugh, don't keep downloading, express your opinion if you want, and move on. He's not hurting anyone, and your classless and thoughtless post doesn't help anyone.

Or stop leeching and create a char or something, so we can see how good you are.
I have multiple screenpack WIPs going on and I've released several stages. I'm sick of everyone calling me a goddamn leech. And Sean, Laxxe does hurt people over his false accusations of child porn distribution. I don't care how long ago it was, trying to get people landed in prison over a game engine is taking it way too far. Maybe I'm just ranting here, but I feel I have a point.

You could equally say it's a shame Random Artist A will be remembered as a good artist instead of a mass rapist. Don't make me ask what would the problem be if I idolized Hitler for his pretty paintings (I believe someone brought that example up earlier in this topic but everyone ignored it)
I am the one who brings hitler up, not because of his paniting but because of how he had germany recover form losing the 1st world war, so what if he killed some inferior jews ?
Hitler was an awful painter. He had no sense of direction.
MJ was a legendary artist, our generation's Elvis, and the domineering force of all our childhoods.
Hitler was proven to have murdered millions.
MJ was accused of violating children, of which he was proven innocent in a court of law.
This is a logically unsound, and incomparable point.

Being objective, eSnips isn't always a perfect solution. While 98% of everything can be obtained there, there's always that rogue 2%. You can't get things like Shinsuke by Itorres on eSnips. If someone is trying to obtain something that scarce, you need to tell them that they need to learn how to deal under the table, etc.
TV blur? You're advertising loss of sprite quality as a feature? You make the perfect Kyo and then decide to screw it up? Will you be offering an alt SFF or is this just a joke character?

Mr. Freeze is a WIP to, but I don't know if it's dead or not.
There's also another Mr. Freeze which is just a palette swap of Buyog's Lex Luthor.
This forum is for only requesting characters that already exist for MUGEN. Nobody is going to make something out of thin air just because you ask them to.
Request fulfilled. And it only took a year.
