Besides, don't think of it as some imaginary list that you don't need to abide by. Think of it as guidelines to not suck.
This end of story while mugen gives you the free well to make the characters how you want it a lot of authors seem to forget once you release the character its just not your anymore its the "community's" and your new job as the author of said character becomes making something enjoyable and not just some firework maker that plays like shit.

Someone needs to do a Mugen Tennis/Ping Pong/what have you with these Touhou edits. They're pretty much like the Shotoclones of the east.
mc2 over there was doing one but never finished oh well besides well i lasted checked shotoclones was a japan thing too.
