Honestly, if a character doesn't work right outside the intended full game, I don't think it should be "released" as a standalone.

I give feedback as a Sign of respect, i like to respect those i dont know at first...but it seems....hhmmmm..

There's no need to argue over something as small as this guys. Anyways I don't notice any big changes but keep working hard and I know it'll be a good character. Also the pallete seems a little wierd as someone has said. It should be darker. And you're free to use my portrait for your character you know.

EDIT: Why was MK Requiem banned? Unless I missed something......

eh. He's not the greatest character, but he's good for a first try

-I don't see how you got these crazy Clsn, they definitely don't even look like a mistake,

-I honestly don't see why the Turning animation would be a crouching punch and an animation 5030,0.

-Every single last Sprite you have is Not aligned according to the next

-Every Attack has infinite priority, meaning you have no Blue clsn covering the red clsn, making your characters attack More likely to hit the opponent while you stay unharmed if they were meant to hit you

I'm not going to go on, but i just say that you need to really Re-Look your character because it's not even seeming like you put any effort into it.

Fix it up a lot before going further, try aligning everything correctly for a start, then fix the really unbelievable, unrealistic hitboxes you have for him.

You have more to worry about than a special Rush move..not as much worry, but more things that should be attedended to if you really are serious bout making this character decent. Your not obligated though.

Byakko has yet to do anything that I've found overly provoking.
If something or someone were to annoy you, I would advise you to ignore it.

If you had learned something while banned(not saying you are MKRequiem, but if you were) it should have been how to remain calm.

I doubt seriously that anyone is going to ban Byakko, so you'll just have to get used to him like the rest of us have.
