The error says Winmugen.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Even if I download a mugen with no screenpack, there is still this error.

I don't know. When I just select him, mugen isn't there any more and a pop up comes up saying that
Winmugen has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I downloaded a character but it is stupid when I battle him because he attacks too much.
