its all courtesy and consideration. some people dont care enough to say things in the right way and some do. obviously WE all do that is why we are discussing it. i just say users and mods should point people in the right direction if they happen to make senseless posts

You cant put a rule on opinion. i mean if i think a creation sucks i am entitled to state that right?
But of course not eveyone will agree with an opinion so i should consider that before posting right?

admittedly there are stupid people and there are smart people. there are people who get excited that they downloaded an orochi master gouki and make posts like: THIS IS THE BEST 1+
then are people who download the same thing and give a reason for why it is the best

thats there way of showing gratitude right?

The most i can see users or mods being able to do without enforcing laws is letting people know when an offensive or positive comment is unecessary.

The UK uses the metric system and we most certain uses celsius, metres and grams. the only time i hear yards mentioned are within sport.
always hated the use of pounds and feet although height is measured in feet rather then metres.

to much jiggle. i mean think realisctically the breasts wouldnt wobble so much in a stance like that especially with a tight suit like that holding them in place. too much eye candy. but the sprite itself is really good. stance just needs more work.

a pointless argument about measurements and systems lol. as for that decimal business im with Dr House. when dealing with decimals you never put the zero after a whole number after the decimal especially if your gonna say something like millions after it because 4.5 millions and 4.50 millions would APPEAR to be 2 different values although when both put into that equation of (x(10^6)) they equal the same thing.

quick question because im curious how different countries measure certain things
how is weight measured? (stones,pounds?)
how is short distance measured? (feet,metres?)
how is long distance measure? (km,miles?)

he doesnt even need superb jutsus and blah blah but i would at least expect some simple variations of wind techniques since he is wind natured chakra user or some other type of standard jutsu like the replacement jutsu. i mean im sure in their ninja world there are basic techniques and it just seem sthat naruto just uses 2 very lame techs that he doesnt even managed to combine in a very fashionable way anymore.

well theres not much that covers the fourths abilities. but in such short info on him we have learned that he created rasengan and that demon summon jutsu that the 3rd used on orochimaru and the teleport jutsu
