actually, you don't need joy to key for xbox360 controllers. just set joystick setting to autodetect. thats what I did

just make sure you have your xbox360 conroller drivers installed.

mugen freezes my computer

occasionally randomly while running mugen, usually during a fight, my computer freezes and i have to turn it off using the power button. it really pisses me off and i've tried changing most of the settings in mugen.cfg and i have no idea why it freezes my comp like this. theres not pattern to it btw, so i dont think its a specific char or stage.

i run vista 32 bit, 2gb ram, heaven & hell 2200+ screenpack, winmugen plus, and an xbox360 controller.


and my comp ONLY freezes while running mugen, never any other time

and i set winmugen to administrator mode and compatibility mode for windows 95 (also tried compatibility mode for xp sp2)

anyone else have this problem?

if u set it to 1000% it works. at least on mine. just go to system.def (i think) in notepad and edit the part where it says life

at first my old hi-res stages didnt work but all the new lo-res ones did, but i realized i didnt have hires=1 in the .def file.
