i use winmugen plus, and some time the mugen 1.0 RC5,
i not move to mugen RC yet becaus i have some molest issues, like the proces still in memory and i need to finish it in ctrl+alt+del, also the sound have a little problems, and my main problem is, the stageID system that i create to my chars not work, i need to redesing a new system, i think i can use use that method with a dummy in the stage DEF but im not sure how it work, also i dont know if that work in mugen 1.0

okay, i love the character, i just downloaded now, and i immediately noticed something, sometimes when peketo gets hit, he goes completely black

it seems whenever he gets hit by a light punch, it happens! If i find anything else that does this, i will inform you ;)

you can fix that if in the SFF you place the sprite 9000,0 in the first place

add some basic hypers for shang tsung mk2 and the morphs and can you fix the seperate morphs
because everyone of them are shang tsung mk2s

all of them are only morphs, but everithing still be the same, shang tsung

This problem happens during throws or throw type moves that would knock Shang Tsung out of his morph's, but it's still intact in the character even though it has seperate DEF's. I don't know if you fixed it yet, but I thought I would tell ya about it. :P

He already said that this is immpossible to fix, it's still one character and fixing this would mean redoing all the characters again separatly(which i realy hope he considers one day) but it's a lot of work.

that isnt a problem, he is like shang with a automorph, then when he unmoprh for eneter in a custom state then he automatic morph again

well i think about that and i find a easy fix to that unmorph problem
the problem is the get hit common sprites are only for shang, and in the moments when he enter in a custom state and the enemy use a changeanim2 appear the shang sprites

then the solution is really easy, copy all the SFF for each morph, andreplace all the get hit sprites of Shang Tsung for the sprites of the morph that owns the SFF, then go to code and make modifications to shang no unmoprh, that would solve the problem

but i not like much taht idea because my main idea in this char was create shang not the other chars

the other solution is adapt all the whole chars in mugen

im gonna add that feature and in the weekend im gonna add a new morph for this char, because shang is for regular mugen then he need a morph into the most important char in mugen  :) (but im gonna use mk2 gameplay for him)

Yup. An option to disable the combos to favor a classic MK2 experience.

You think it would be possible?

yes, i can add a variable that you can change in the file bonus.cns, also if you not like teh dial-up combos you can only not use them

Juano, can you make it an option to have these combos? Alternate .cmd files?

ehh? you say a option to disable them? because the combos are available already, but not in all the morphs yet

make all the chars again in separate? no thanks :S
if you not want the char unmorph, then fight VS himself then he wont unmoprh in custom states

im not thinking in create more chars, now im maintenance shang, fixing stuffs, and adding, a example right now im making dial-up combos, i already finish the raiden and baraka combos, now im working in jax, later kung, etc...

the chars arent separated, all of them are the same char, shang tsung, i only made a system where the char looks like other char, but still being the same char, then is impossible fix that, Sorry to tell you that you will have to get used

im gonna check the attack, i made the raiden attack yesterday fast then i not tested much

pd: can you explain best that infinite in baraka?  :)
-I think it's ok with the continue screen and ending screen but the morphing to shang while being hit might be so annoying, if you could solve just that it would be great.
-Don't forget about speeding up the torpedo launch for kunglao and raiden for accurasy.
-Try baraka's blade_slicer move in training mode, do it once and just before it ends and the opponent begins to fall do it again and it will contact again, you could do this over and over till the opponent dies without falling once.

Some feedback, Raiden's reverse electric bolt sometimes never reappear after leaving the screen just dissapears and do not reappear from the opposite screen edge and when some times it appears and the opponent is crouching it loops three times and then dissappears, Baraka's blade_slicer has an infinity if timed right you could juggle the opponent for the end of his health, Cage's under the belt punch doesnot make the opponent dizzy(other non mortal kombat opponents i mean).

Many many many many many thanks for separating defs, Finally i have an awesome Kunglao to play with.

Edit: some serious Kunglao separte def feedback, all the time when Kunglao is being hit he morphes to shang tsung and morphes back when not being hit, also the continue screen and ending screen shows shang tsung not kunglao(don't know about other defs but will try them out) and the hat throw move sometimes does three hits in one throw but no complaints about it from me though i like it that way, the torpedo launch for both kunglao and raiden was much faster in mk trilogy, Also the AI could use some major changes, expect more feedback soon...

later im gonna update the char with some bug fixes, run system, and the separate DEF system to have the morphs separately and no auto unmorph

just wait 2 or 4 hours  :)
Lovely!

One bug I noticed was Scorpion's spear sound effects (get over here! & Come here!) Both cut off before they're allowed to complete. It seems to be linked to the fact he stops talking once the opponent is pulled to him, which happens extremely fast sooo...

 maybe that happen because the blood when it splat mute that sound, try go to the mugen.cfg and change the wav and mod channels
also test the char in the mugen 1.0 RC and test if happen the same
