and also thorugh a small update "The Light" attack has been changed to a somewhat disturbing attack called "The Darkness".

He's a bit weird...
He has a very disturbing soundpack..

I'll post a picture of him, however his walking sprites need a little improvement..
However Unlike Omega Tom Hanks/Omega Adolf Hitler he is somewhat hittable and some of his attacks require more power[as a result of simplifying the commands]
e.g.-Hooch/Swastiska bomb requires 4000 power,Fireworks from hell requires 7000 power,The Light requires 9000 power[not a reference to the OVER 9000! meme] and NUKES requires 12,000 power[the maximum amount of power that LucasX3 has.].
The defense is strengthened up a bit, he has 2000 HP so he's a decent boss character.
To tell if the character cannot hit LucasX3, he emits raspy, yet somewhat disturbing breathing.
He is not like Psycho Shredder and he's a little easy to beat..
Characters that cannot kill LucasX3[so far..]:
Evil Ryu
Evil Ken
Evil Kung Fu Man
Ness
Paula

One of my private creations, LucasX3 is a Omega Tom Hanks spriteswap.However before I will release him...
I'm trying to think up some attacks to make him into a somewhat original character.
So far I've thought of these..
Crane[a crane comes out of nowhere and grabs the opponent]
Tank[a tank comes out of nowhere and shoots a couple of missles]
Attacks I'm keeping:
Fireworks from Hell[from BigBoss's Adolf Hitler character]
The Light[again..BigBoss's Hitler Character.]
NUKES[This is also from BigBoss's Hitler character]
I will remove the movie poster attacks, however..
Any original attacks you can think up?

I would suggest adding Vega[Balrog in japan],Balrog[M.Bison in japan],M.Bison[Vega in japan],Literal Bison by Pots and Coelasquid,add Homer Simpson,Peter Griffin and Big Chicken,add Super Mario and Super Luigi[use Yoma's BBHood's balance patch] and Omega Tom Hanks[MAKE YOU DOWNLOAD JNG'S HITTABLE VERSION BECAUSE THE NORMAL VERSION IS INVICIBLE]
Don't ask for the screenpack, I'll release after I fix it and make ready for testing
Black screen with wrongly paletted fonts. Yeah, I better not ask ...
It's still a work in progress..
The Title Screen will need a little touch-up,The Options Screen looks pretty good, and the select screen is gonna need work..
Oh and you can also make character recommendations like you can recommend a character or ask the person which characters to keep and which ones to kick out their roster.

We have some features..
We have seperate boards for Anime and YouTube videos.
We also have a board for guests to post in.
Our System for spammers,bad members,etc. is they will get three warnings and then they are forced into a board called "Jail".They can only post in the jail board[and unfortunatly the guest area too..] and no where else.
If they act out again, longer time in jail.
If they do it again, they are banned from the forum[IP address is also banned].
And we feature a board for adults only.
We wish to grow into a big community someday..

Nickeloden pretty much sucks now.Spongebob and The Fairly Oddparents are the only good shows still on there.
Cartoon Network used to be good until they removed Codename:Kids Next Door,Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, The old fridays block[the one before that stupid Fried Dynamite]and Toonami.Flapjack is the only good show on.
And I like learning about WWII, it's very interesting..

I'm glad you decided to join and make sure you can cope with random vulgar humoristic jokes and frequent sexual humor.
I also enjoy fighting games mainly Super Smash Bros., Soul Calibur and M.U.G.E.N. .However I really enjoy platformers and RPGs and I also like some strategy games.
I also like action-adventure games.
However, I do not enjoy survivial-horror games, but I have a special place in my heart for Resident Evil however...

We are pretty not well known however..
We only have 26 members, but a small team of moderators.
But let me explain two specific members..
Pokemoneinstein:He became the second administrator of my site[originally he was a moderator].He takes care of the site right now since I can't access the site anymore[due to school problems..].He's a good administrator.
The Thnikkaman:
He is a bit weird..
He commonly uses sarcasm, but he's a fan of "They Might Be Giants" and Azumanga Daioh.He also enjoys Homestar Runner.
We have some features..
We have seperate boards for Anime and YouTube videos.
We also have a board for guests to post in.
Our System for spammers,bad members,etc. is they will get three warnings and then they are forced into a board called "Jail".They can only post in the jail board[and unfortunatly the guest area too..] and no where else.
If they act out again, longer time in jail.
If they do it again, they are banned from the forum[IP address is also banned].
And we feature a board for adults only.
We wish to grow into a big community someday..

Nickeloden pretty much sucks now.Spongebob and The Fairly Oddparents are the only good shows still on there.
Cartoon Network used to be good until they removed Codename:Kids Next Door,Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, The old fridays block[the one before that stupid Fried Dynamite]and Toonami.Flapjack is the only good show on.
And I like learning about WWII, it's very interesting..

I'm glad you decided to join and make sure you can cope with random vulgar humoristic jokes and frequent sexual humor.
I also enjoy fighting games mainly Super Smash Bros., Soul Calibur and M.U.G.E.N. .However I really enjoy platformers and RPGs and I also like some strategy games.
I also like action-adventure games.
However, I do not enjoy survivial-horror games, but I have a special place in my heart for Resident Evil however...
