I changed Scarlet's name because her original just didn't fit.  But I also changed some other things and have converted her closer to Akatsuki Blitzkampf's fighting system.

Feedback can be left here, but more specific discussion can be done here

Some of the things that I am concerned about are whether if some moves could use a nerf or a buff in.attack or power gain, as it is not fully accurate to Blitzkampf.  The cornerpush values should be okay, since they follow Blitzkampf principles.  Other system stuff can be discussed in the topic link I posted above.

-Other than posting found releases, do you mess with MUGEN much nowadays?

-Is Disgaea 3 a good starting point, because I thought about buying it a couple of years ago.  But I never acted on it. 

-What's your opinion of Valkyria Chronicles?  (I think it is pretty good, but I haven't attempted to get past that one battle in Chapter 9 >_<)

How far are you into being an otaku? 
Do you tend to skip filler episodes or do you watch them anyways?
Read any manga?
Attack on Titan's slightly polarizing opinions make me a bit skeptical about watching the series.  What are some of the reasons for the polarized reception?

What are some side-quests or side-missions you have done in games where you expected a great reward and got something disappointing in the end?

My three episode rule is just to find out whether a show is good, got a special charm, "so bad it's good", or just unwatchable.  Black Lagoon just threw me into the action.  Even if it stays an action series, as long as the characters are good and get a little development, I'm satisfied.  I don't mind simple potlines either.

Madoka will come in time, but just AoT/SnK it is not my highest priority to watch it yet.

Jango, that was uncalled for, considering that I was just asking Alex some questions.  As for the JoJo question is more of a "I want to confirm that this is actually true from someone who lives there", regardless of my limited knowledge of JJBA. 

On-topic:
-What are some of the interesting parts of your region's culture?

-Is the Italian part in WWII seem overshadowed by Germany, Japan, and other countires that were involved?

-Is it worth delving into?

-Some Americans only associate Italians with food or the mafia.  Do you feel there are other parts of Italian culture that should be embraced?

  • "Boke" is just another way of referring to a genki character
  • "Tsukkomi" characters have a tendency to get ill-tempered

Are my assumptions far from correct, or are these archetypes different from what I think?

Because I'm only aware of the "deres", genki characters, and a few of the otaku character types (Reference: Genshiken)

Didn't imagine that Black Lagoon would get an instant 8 (that may or may not change over time) from me after the first episode.  No plot development yet, but I don't think that will be happening.  But I'm curious with how Rock will develop over the course of the series.  There are two seasons, so I would there would be some room for that.  But Revy is quite a firecracker and I'm liking her better than Rock so far.  The English dubbing is also pretty strong too.

I haven't seen much of any intellectual stuff to analyze in Ergo Proxy yet, because the plot has been easy to follow.  But I like getting a new revelation with each episode.  There is an interesting world being built.  English dub is appropriately dull most of the time, but the only voice actor I recognize is Liam O' Brien as Vincent Law.

Is it necessary to get top scores on all of the VR missions in MGS2:Substance for 100%? 
After I get the final two cheats in Goldeneye 007, I'm going to resume doing those.  But some of the weapons missions are difficult... and I'm just working on regular Snake.

And for Saohc, you do have the ABK Frame Tool, right? It could be helpful for more accurate frame data, for references.
I just use the frame data tables listed on that wiki and load Blitzkampf when I feel something doesn't click right with one of her moves.  I do have that on hand, though. 
Akatsuki is the one I base some of the cornerpush values on, with a little coming from Soldat as well.  Mycale would be a more probable choice considering the height, but Scarlet's attack range made Akatsuki amore viable choice.

As a quick update on the progress, I'll be releasing her again in the next few days.  Aside from adding the hitsparks from Blitzkampf, adjusting damage,getpower, and givepowervalues... she is almost ready.
Daniel and First Lt.Ding, you two will probably be the most helpful in terms of feedback, although it would be nice to get Darkflare or some other people familar with Blitzkampf on board.

Chobits is holding up just like I remember it, even though I've rewatched the series 3-4 times.  While I don't laugh as much as I did when I first saw it in 2010, I still find myself enjoying it.  While the dubbing is trumped by superior English dubs that I have seen over time, I think Bang Zoom! did a good job with it.  Chii sounds monotone and sometimes unemotional, but I actually prefer robot/android characters to speak like that.  Crispin Freeman is an excellent fit for Hideki and makes the character more humorous.

But I think everyone else ranges from average to good in retrospect.  The teacher is more comedic when I know she is voiced by Faye Valentine's English voice-over.  I guess having the anime on DVD and enjoying the OST makes me a bit of Chobits freak.
However, Chobits falters by having a first half blotted with few episodes of goofing off and there is the ecchi.  But Chobits' ecchi humor is actually tame in comparison with modern anime having nudity, yuri, and much more perverse material. 
Chobits is just occasional jokes about Hideki's interest in pornographic material, his usual nervousness towards suggestive stuff, a couple of one-time jokes about breasts, and Chi innocently pointing out Hideki have "lots of energy down there".
Once the serious second half rolls around, the ecchi humor grinds to a halt. 

In retrospect, I find it unfortunate that Welcome to the N.H.K kills its ecchi after 3-4 episodes and Chobits waits until episode 14 to start swifting away from the ecchi. 

There is other stuff I would say, but that would take too long.
