So I don't know how many of you guys have been following the comics (the correct answer should be all of you because they're wonderful), but the new story arc kicking off this month looks like it's going to be crazy pants.



The Cover is interessting, because it reveals some details about the story if you analyse, it seems like it is not a purely a Evil counterpart universe they will visit, but more a opposite personality universe, if you look at the other universe Shining Armor and Pinky for for example who just look realy sad, then we have the counterpart of Dr. Hooves/Time Turner who resembles the Fourth Doctor as far as I know, (Sorry if I'm mistaken I don't know ,much about Dr. Who) and Derpy who has a serious look, and is wearing glasses to fix here eyes.

Another interesting Point is that the Twilight of the opposite universe is not an Alicorn, so it is possible that this version of here maybe don't likes to lern new things and never found a way to create new Magic or what ever is needed to become an Alicorn in here universe.

It would be interesting to see if the Shining Armor of the other Universe is maybe in love with there version of Chrysalys (I love the Butterfly design^^) and was maybe forced to marry Cadence, that would explain his sad look.

But that are just some theories, what do you guys think about the cover and what will happen in the Comic?

Yeah ! Remember when SFZ2 had a younger version of an old character, made significant changes to an established timeline by making various characters jump around in it, and had younger clones of other characters that were now dead ?

You don't have to be extra sarcastic or aggressiv, my point was that they did retconned stuff before and that they can do it again if they want to, and if it still makes you angry that I sayed "Capcom" before, just replace it with "A company that want your money and will add anything to there game, if they believe you would pay money for it", if that makes you feel better. ;D

It is Capcom, they could put any young version of a SFIII char in it, and can retcon the shit out of the story, or just let the char die in or after the ending and say the SFIII version is a younger clone or something like that.

Mh I'm normaly not a fan of all the Orochi edits out there, but this is one of the rare exceptions, it looks realy good.

Oh that is interesting, I know there are some comics out there like KoF Zillion who added some extra chars etc. but I did not know there exist one with a orochi K in it, do you have a pic of the pannel or something like that, I would realy like to see how this orochi K looks in the comics.

Maybe is too much work, but maybe not.

Kasumi1030 is using already existing material and makes edits to make it all work together, and I believe that  this is the right way, it is still a lot of work, but it is more realistic than some of the projects in the fullgame section where some members try to create everything by them self.

I like the idea of Rose as a real char, but it needs some more work to be realy complete, many of the animations look realy odd to me.

About the Spanish dubbing.. mhhh realy don't know what to think of it, But it is realy funny to hear a German char, from a Japanese game talking Spanish. xD

It would be interesting to know, if the Twilight from the trailer is the MLP Twilight revisiting the Human World again, or if this is the Human World Twilight that was mentioned by Pinky in the first Movie.

We had this discussion around here a few times already. Fighting games and beat 'em ups are not the same genre since the early 90's. Beat 'em ups are games like Double Dragon Neon (Already has the tag by now) or Streets of Rage. That's why not a lot of people care about that tag when it comes to fighting games.

Ah I understand now the Beat 'em up = Brawler thing is the problem. =/
