If you're talking about rotating just use the rotate tool. Press Ctrl+R in Paint. If you're talking about PCX files and stuff then you should get Paint Shop Pro or whatever other programs can convert images to PCX. Then you add them to Fighter Factory.
How do i convert the spritesheet into a PCX file in GIMP?

I started a Sepiroth while back, I have the sprites at about 78%, really, the only things left to do, is running sprites and a few touch ups on the sword which is where the 22% that's not done is really at. Since I lost interest, if you want me to post the sprites I will, they're cvs2 style though so I don't know if that would be of help?
Wtf? Don't fall for it Seph99999999999. He's lying......... They're not CvS2 style.

Next we might as well make it's moveset, HP, some decent stats so that he isnt SO powerful, and his controls. Now i would think of something like this for his moveset....
x or y: Vincent draws out a shotgun and fires 2 shots. Pressing x or y again reloads it without reload animation.(this attack won't be as powerful until the energy bar is full.)
z or a: Vince pulls out his Cerberus revolver and fires 6 shots. Again, pressing z or a reloads it; no reload animation needed.
b: Vincent draws out a normal pistol and fires 7 NON CONSECUTIVE rounds. The same thing happens when you press B again; he reloads the gun
c: Vincent draws out an SMG and fires 30 round in a VERY FAST METHOD. The Gun will reload (obviously) when pressing c again. No reload animation needed.
However, this would be some of the atacks I would come up with... What would YOU think his moveset would be?

There's an Asagi character from Disgaea that was made and she would be the perfect reference for making a gun character. She reloads. She runs out of bullets. She gets a overlimit (Called FEVER) which gives you unlimited bullets for about a minute or 2.
Ok, here's how you're wrong. 1) Dont forget about his special attacks.
down+left/right x2 + x = Vincent transforms into the wolf demon in the sprites below. Also, his moveset will change as well Vincent will remain this way until his energybar runs out.
down+left/right x3 + b = Ogre vincent. Vince transforms into the ogre in the sprites above. Again, his moveset changes, and when the energybar runs out, Vincent will return to normal.
down+left/right x5 + c or a = CHAOS VINCENT. vincent will transform into chaos vincent and explosively charge at the foe in a destructive fashion. Vince will then automatically return to normal, and have full health afterwards.
2) DO NOT MAKE HIM CHEAP!!!! I specifically said that his stats, health, and moveset to be fair...like most of the other characters.

For some reason I always thought you'd be older 
Well then, where do I start? I have to CAREFULLY draw/color in EVERY FREAKIN DETAIL for the sprites, and as for coding, im afraid i might mess it up. BADLY. and i have to make an AI. now i ask the whole forum. HOW CAN I DO THIS ALONE?
Try someone other than Vincent? Someone with sprites that exist?
Wait....Isn't there a program that let's you do that? Make sprites of Mugen characters? cause i heard from a friend say something about a program called "street fighter factory"

which means, someone has to do the following, since i do not know how to make sprites, coding, or any of that other stuff (im 14 what do you expect?)
1) Come up with sprites for vincent
2) arange its moveset, HP, stats (so that vincent isn't SO overpowered), and Vince's controls
3) make a few color platelettes of vincent
4) work its coding/readme file, etc
5) make a few beta versions/testers of the character
6) PUBLISH IT ON MEDIAFIRE OR ESNIPS.
7) sit back and watch the numbers skyrocket

Are you sure that character even exists? I've seen a lot of websites, and I've never seen a Vincent Valentine!
There is a Vincent out there, but he's not even worth downloading. Misaligned axis + overpowered moves and the feel of being a spriteswap.
Now if I actually had the spriting ability to do so, I would probably go about making a decent Vincent myself. (Yeah Yamakichi's Cloud and Tifa have their quirks, but at least they're better than 99% of the other FF chars out there, not including ANMC's Safer Sephiroth which is a boss character anyway and needs better sprites.)
