I like this stage, but.. You need to seperate the hooks into seperate sprites and give them different deltas. this will make their movement look more 3D which is how the original Dead Pool stage on MK2 PC and arcade looked.

No, I'm going to go with Zantetsuken on this one and say that you people need to be more grateful. Did anyone stop to think that the reason she is labelled XIII might be because she uses XIII sprites and artwork? Either way hopefully when she gets updated any grievances you have will have been ironed out.

I don't thinkyou need to clearly see the definition in a characters face, it's not like your going to marry them.
Well it's better than the pixellated mess you see in low res, I like it that you can see facial features now. Oh come on now, I never said anything like that, I just really like it that the characters' faces, outfits, hair looks so much better. Forgot to say, considering Rock Howard isn't in XIII but Hotaru and Athena have always been my favourite characters in KOF with Mai in third place, wouldn't you be excited if your favourite characters suddenly got a major upgrade?

Hey, I am happy that the HD version came out, I always loved fighting with her, but no-one ever gave her nice effects, I'm also glad because with the HD one you can actually see her with a clear face, the reason I like all high res characters. Now I'm just waiting for Athena and it will be perfect.

"Being cheap" has a definition, so opinion does not matter and is completely irrelevant.
People can have different definitions of what cheap is. There is no way of quantifying it, some people are able to better deal with something than others. It's completely subjective. I'm pretty there is no finite definition of exactly what cheap is, especially in something as encompassing as MUGEN. I dunno if you're just trying to shut out discussion, considering the topic of this thread is who is we think is cheap.
Going by what you said I'm assuming you will give us YOUR definition of what is cheap in MUGEN, which comes from your opinion unless Elecbyte or some other fighting game wizard published an official definition or something...?
I feel any character that can spam their most powerful move multiple times without even needing a bar on their gauge is cheap.. yes, I am looking at you Venom by Muteki. He continually spams that big pink eye-like ball which takes away half your health after every hit.

I like this character, she isn't cheap and can win quite often. She only fails against cheapees who refuse to stop attacking for even a second like Chipp by Muteki, May by Muteki, Kawasumi Mai by 586, etc..
