Does anyone know if it is hosted somewhere else? Google is only turning up the author and his site, which is offline.

what if she spins on one arm instead E, one arm till half of the rotation and then switch arm to continue the other half of the anim, with two arms like that she can't move her body that fast nor fluid.
You can use the "she's been genetically enhanced" stuff to justify it, cause well, she's basically not a normal human. He's part Human, part Phazon, part Metroid or something. Works for me...

How big is the sprite going to be, out of curiousity? Samus' bio is that she's supposedly 6'3, 198 pounds due to the genetic enhancements/mutations she's been through or something (I think that's the story, it's been a damn long time.)
I mean I know some games have larger sprites than others but am I gonna fire up MUGEN only to find she's dwarfed by Cammy (5'5) or something?

In that case I suppose it is fairly good considering what the author had to work with. At least I know they're not a shit spriter and didn't do it on purpose or because he sucks at what he does, he was limited to what he had available.

Moyomoyo, the name is. Google search turns up exactly two results, making me doubt the validity of this...
Is that a real character, and if so, who did it? Maybe searching for the author in conjunction with the character will turn something up.
