Playing this game on my HP Envy 14 laptop, everytime I step outside, the texture goes apeshit and picture below happens, no idea why, switched the setting around and tried updating the driver and no change, if anyone has any idea I'd appreciate it.

I still don't know who genuinely thought having Phoenix Wright would be a good idea, because I'm pretty sure his moves will be so awkward that unless he's top-tier, no one will actually want to use him. I would have preferred Gene over Wright any day.

Super Robot Wars Z2
Amazing series entries, disappointing protagonist. I still miss the 3 men squad system but PSP can't handle it apparently, the difficulty curve is spot on, though some level tend to be designed to completely shut down no upgrade runs, no big deal. Not as good as Z but still great. 8.5/10

So I came back to MUGEN after a year of hiatus, I made some major change to a character I'm working on, mostly on the sff file. And now every time I load the character I get the error "Error loading chars/ffu_char1/ffu_char1.def". I looked through my def file several times and couldn't find any problem with it, I don't remember what the error means so I'd like some help with this.

If you need anymore information about my def please tell me

Thanks

Well then, anyone care to share their method of color separation?

I'll post some screenshots to make it a bit easier to understand

This is the initial sprite when I uploaded it into the program, note that I've already added the 2 new colors to the palette.

This is the message I get when I try to use color changer

This is how it turns out afterward, as you can see my palette is completely gone because the picture is in the RGB mode now

So this is my main problem, any help is welcome, thanks.

Just decided to get back into MUGEN and currently trying to learn color separation, I read POTS' tutorial and ran in to some problems.

After I used the color changer tool, the color depth of my image seems to have changed and I no longer have a palette to work with, which screws up everything after that.

I suspect that I'm not adding the colors to the palette correctly, here's how I do mine. When I'm using Paint Shop Pro, I simply go to Edit Palette, add the new colors that I'll be using to the spare black slots, and then follow the rest of the tutorial. I'm using PCX format, and the palettes are prepared properly (the background color won't show up in MUGEN).

Another problem that I came across is that when I'm trying to use Photoshop to do the same thing, the source color that I replaced is always a little different from the result color.

I'll post some screenshots if anyone needs it, thanks in advance.

Again, just open the .dds files in Paint Shop Pro with a dds extension plugin. It's what I did for the particles.dds file. It looks like common effects by the way, but I don't think it is.

Right click and view image

I'm not even sure wtf these images are used for...it also has animation files, but they don't play anything. particle.bin, uvanime.bin, & ptlname.bin.

If you mean the dds files that aren't actually dds files, just named dds, & they don't want to open with Hipster or any other program, then I don't know what to do about that.

Edit:
I found a bunch of blue magic circles, a red spike in 4 different sizes, some weird blue design in 4 different sizes, some Japanese letters, a big chunk of ice, and some wind. Are they anything important?

They're really important, they're basically the fx for character specific moves

BBCS coming to console on June 30 is pretty old news. Really looking forward to it though, BBCT's system really sucks in comparison to CS, other than going over-board with nerfing Rachael, CS is going the right direction.

Hibiki is my favourite last blade character, I'm really looking forward to this one. Good luck with the project. Since quite a few of her attacks use the same animation, will you consider editing her sprites for different animations?

Meh, I'm just happy Hakumen is more accesible, I tried very hard to make hakumen work back in CT, but the v-11 match-up is just...wrong, or maybe it's just that I hardly practice and miss every corner combo

Okay, that does NOT look like Elmo.

If I wanted an Elmo, I wanted him to be Fatality-compatible so I could have someone's Sub-Zero rip his spine off.

But good try.

He'll rip your spine off cuz your stupid

Whoa...useless comment followed by an even more useless reply.

Can you tell us a bit about how it plays, does it have supers? Or all the required sprites? Because your brother did a good job if he actually sat down and drew all the animations.
