If you mean online co-op yes. I don't know if it has 2 player split screen co-op, but it wouldn't sound like something that could work with NG style.

there's no split screen, NG's camera is bad enough as it is, I tried the co-op a bit, not really that interesting other than having an extra person killing off enemies while you do the same, what really needs a co-op mode is devil may cry, just think of the combo potential of 2 dantes  ::)

alty is a cheap bastard, her dragoon units(floating lasers) can hit you even when she's stunned, making combo impossible

title says it all, I looked through the doc many times and didn't find any code regarding helper's shadow, so... do I have to modify the actual helper's state to remove the shadow? thank you

Not too much to explain, when p1 is in a hitoverride state, I'll need a different spark for the effect as opposed to the ones p2 has. Sort of like the parry effect in sf3, help appreciated, thank you

the thing with the difficulty most people dont consider is that most dudes already played the first delivery in whatever verson and since this game is very very similar to the first all the practice from the first is back making it feel really ez, first timers have a much harder time

same goes for xboxers switching to sigma, its in base the same game so playing it again is really ez

further difficulties are indeed very different given the switched enemies not just improved, actually i faced new enemies when playing it on mentor, master ninja wll have some new ones probably

and the very last team missions on master ninja and ultimate ninja (1 hit kill mostly) are against three computer controlled ryus, it really shows how defence should be handled heh they just lack in combos, 4-5 hits at most, still very interesting fights which i am still to beat...

oh and the new outfits ryu gets in sigma are awesome, beat mentor for the best one :)

keep in mind that I'm talking about difficulty design in general, making everything kill you in one hit is not challenging, it's cheap, dumbing down enemies' attack frequencies and giving them so much health that they can survive 2 izuma drop is not good design
master ninja in ngb is very hard, but it's hard because it demands the player to play both offensively and defensive
master ninja in ng2s is very hard but all for the wrong reasons

oh capcom....they are always releasing "beta" games before releasing a complete version(no offence to the original), it would be really nice to see some sf3 characters, this will probably motivate me to get a console eventually.

I really don't mind the game at the right getting a 7 or something, but god hand? a 3? That's just sad
