I downloaded a sample kfm cns air pack and filled all the 5000+ action groups, but the image I used is differently labeled from the required number such as 5000,0 5000,1 instead of 5000,0 5000, 10, so no surprise when I ran the charactor debug flood popped up, I'm sure there's a way to fix this because I've seen other charactors use labels different from the standard frame. After adding the sprites everything worked except for when the charactor is thrown, I guess if I can edit which image the system loads I can fix the problem. Thank you

The title says it all, and what for a code like [mcode]trigger1 = AnimElemTime (1) = 3[/mcode]what does the number in the bracket represent, thanks

the sprite looks great, as a huge devil may cry fan I can't describe how excited I am right now, though if the dante you're making is from dmc3, then he should be wearing boots, just pointing that out

First of all I compared my pallete with other charactors', and they seem to have filled all 256 colors, but I'm sure they are not all for the charactors, so what are they for?

EDIT:second problem solved


And finally, I made a second pallete and I changed the def according to the second pallete, but when I tested the charactor, both charactors still use the no 1 pallete and the second player have only have one single sprite that uses the second pallete. What did I do wrong?

Charactor flashes in different pallete

I currently made two palletes for my charactor, I added both palletes to the def file, and in fighter factory the displaying pallete is my first one, when I tested my charactor one sprite turned into the second pallete's color, it's kinda odd, I also realized my palletes seem very different from other charactors, here's two of my palletes, I noticed other charactors' have colors filling all the spaces, am I required to do that, and why is my charactor flashing in different color, thank you

Thanks for the help, I found out if I input [mcode]persistent = 0[/mcode] the sprites will stop overlapping ;D

Oh~~I got it, I had a space between the ! and =, that's why it didn't function, I added this line back now
triggerall = command!= "holddown"
The charactor is punching normally now, but I'm not sure how to see whether the trigger works or not...

That, is interesting. Unless mugen wasn't reading it correctly the way you had it spaced. Does

triggerall = command != "holddown"

Function?
You mean the code? When I hold down the "a" button, the charactor only punched once, so if the trigger means "not holddown", then yes, it does work ???

Oh...never mind I erased the command!=holddown line in the cmd and it works, but I don't really understand why.... --;

yes I did, I tried using other charators' cns and it worked, so I don't see why my one doesn't
