If you send 1.000.000 US dollars to Elecbyte, I'm sure they'll consider porting the engine to PS3. but then, that's all you'll get : the engine. Because well, Capcom, SNK, Sammy and the others won't be very happy to see their characters online like that.

sprites are aligned as in arcade but this big guy have some troubles with his shadow


if i align him some pixels down the shadow will look better but i must change the Y start position or the other foot will be out in some stages.

There are no additional features in 1.0 that classic cannot handle EXCEPT for the newer sff filetype.

If you want to add sctrls, do it. I do and have. Triggers, does anyone use the "autoadd" triggers? Or do most people type them out? Neither of these are stumbling blocks to using older versions of fighter factory to develop for 1.0

I wouldn't have thought replicating the interface of FFC would have been too bad. Aside from the things that obviously cannot be replicated of course.

If you replicate it. Move the lock button to the file menu. I keep clicking it accidentally. FFC U3 was the best thing i've used for character development. Aside from some bugs and streamlining it was perfect. It was intuitive and sensible. FFU went too far towards the "casual" developers and made everything harder for people who actually wanted to code full characters.

The gameplay didnt look simple in the videos in my opinion
easier to make 5hit+ combos as in KOF maybe but definitive not simplier as in Guilty Gear or Marvel Vs/Capcom Vs Games

But one should already have an idea about the concept, I already implemented it in the Reptile update as I mentioned, though he's missing the new damage output in his jumping basics.

As for the combo limiting, it hasn't been implemented yet.

Alright, here's what I believe. Based on MK vs SF 3, chameleon starts off with combos and tries to continue it, but taking too much hits in one combo is difficult to escape. Pushback is good to begin with, but sounds like it can cause some problems (EX: Overpowered characters can easily escape it and blow you up to bits.) If you look closely, MK vs SF 1 and 2 and MK vs SF 3 are using different mechanics if you look into it deeper, so it depends on the system you use (Im not talking about FX, the characters, the way they move, how fast they start a combo, how fast they recover from an attack, etc.)

Either you fix up the character's system, or start from ground of. (If possible, make a full game from it, but someone has already begun the development.)

I recommend you take a MK vs SF fan's advice who isn't cocky and who wants to have fun or a Contributor who's familar with the system.

I've grown away from MUGEN, and plus, I rather focus on my life and other things rather than putting MUGEN on my laptop and give it a virus, I see no fun in it. Hope you take my advice.

Yeah I'm trying to fix up the character's system, I just wanted to know what is it people would prefer the most. So far, only the pushback has received a couple of votes, but let's see what happens.

And as for the full game developing, you're probably talking about firelord. I'm supposed to be working with him, but I've been busy as hell and had to travel across the globe so I could renew my passport. Can't install a single thing on this crap-top because it's my sister's.

I'll be back in about 25 days really. Until then, nothing I can do. I do, however, have a Ryu update in my USB with the pushback applied onto him. I gotta say, it's not looking bad.
