yea it is fireball..i mean it travels too fast
yes i mean the EX version..sorry for the trouble :) EX projectiles wont flash in PoTs chars.character does but projectile remains the same..but travels faster then the others.U may check PoTs Nash(charlie) to examine.but it is ur char after all.

That chun li is one of the bests out there.wanted to give some feedback shortly some maybe already pointed out.

*Her counter move spends less than 1 power bar..and gives back some more power upon hit.and its just atack button i guess which causes unintended counters
*her ssm down forward down forward 2 kicks' super portrait looks bit weird because its colored.(just ignore this one if u like it that way)
* deciding on a super finish screen might be cooler.her D,F,D,F punch super flashes like PoTs,kicks have lesser quality super finish bg.
*her SF 4 super's wind effects that appear under chun li might use some more transparency.(i even wonder how it would look like HR filtered and transparency as it is too pixalated)
*i am not happy with that sf4 supers black bg with clouds..respect if u like though :)
*her D,F strong punch is too fast i guess.
*when u hold down D and then jump ,she makes a super jump but that is too high,might be ok though considering her normal jump.
*she might use an evade roll
*her projectile is not bright enough ..it can even use some glow.
*in super version of projectile (with 2 punches) projectile also glows yellowish like character, all across the way to the opponent.
*super version of D,B kick does only same damage with normal version.It could be more like ryu's version more hits and more damage
*i am not sure but her walking animation might be slightly different.there is no way to explain it via text u might wanna check cvs chun li by Conversion World - J.Lee.it goes well with her standing.

that char is too good to be true :D though sometimes i manage to send 5x flaming skull instead of 3x..dunno if its a kinda bug or intended this way as there is no readme yet.Nearly all the moves are very close to accurate except kunglao flying move confused me a bit.?.

It s great that someone renews those chars and its even greater its done by PotS.

Anyway we all love those chars but we also know they are way too overpowered with their combo ability and those chance of making a Meta Super Special Move out of a regular ssm.Reu may be passed but that, just shouldn't keep ppl from editing/balancing/nerfing them.For me they are in safe hands and no need to worry..just take some brave steps and they will turn out even better then they are now.

k.anyways here are my suggestions

*Tune the mssm chance down.decrease damages.%10 chance is too much for anything.
*alpha counter shouldnt be cancellable into anything.
*it would make much sense if Krizalit wont share colour palette with Ken.So that he can also look more original.It is just decreasing the char's visual quality if u ask me.
*high res effects ?? for flames at least and lightnings ::)  :P
*u know the ryu has a secret super in which multiple punches hits the enemy from everywhere..the symbol that appears  in that screen needs some work honestly..it looks cheap.

sometimes i find them too wide even for alpha sprites..but that may be just me

U did some really nice job with mk2 shang tsung.Will u also add ur soul ninja into it before finalizing? so that he can be nearly full as in mk 2

I got a little question regarding editing ur chars.How can i set their maximum super by3 instead of 7?i guess it is too much for any chars who has super charge function.

Convert what ? Mugen 1.0 is supposed to be compatible with older creations.

ok convert may not be the best word to use here :P but just dont be so picky..try to get what i mean ffs

 some chars are not working properly appearing broken.This new build is more strick where old mugen used to ignore some code problems..same goes for the stages some of them have huge lags and have problems with their layers.

i was referring to fixing those for offline but worthy creations.

but maybe just dont care..let the new age begin..

well since electbyte returned there is a lot of chars/stages to be updated yet some of the creators are offline.Which means their chars will never ever have any update.So a list of offline characters/creators may be created in order for ppl to pick and convert if there are ppl willing to do it.

so would u consider creating a list of that kind?
Though it may be too early as its not clear that this new build of mugen is stable or not from now on.

Great chars & nice work my friend.Congratulations.
I have some questions though

at 0:48 liukang's dragon fatality..dragon's head is appearing behind shang's legs.I guess it should be vice versa..not sure how it was looking in MKII tbh.

Kung Lao has Raiden's Flying move?? ??? (1:24)

How much does shang tsung stays as morphed char?

are u gonna add ur ninjas to morphs aswell?

No, it's not such a "simple" filter. It's Alien Skin BlowUp.

not even that one only. it has "angled strokes" filter also which u can see on his left leg..or smth smilar that causes this kinf of effect..i would love it if it hadnt been kong's blackheart.Yet some editing must be done for the sharp parts..as 2x res is much capable than regular sprites when it comes to sharp edges.

Btw Omegapsyco's moves list that appears in goro may have different coding than urs..i know u have it also..did u consider resurrecting urs?because it was looking really cool and handy.

I was at vacation for sometime and ur updates are nice suprise to me :)

first of all thank u for giving scorpion the animality that he deserves rather than that stupid penguin in UMK3. :sugoi:
MK2 style toeasty looks better also

well i guess it needs one, because didnt heard from both engines for a while.I wonder if they are still alive or not..

Oherthan that after Master yodas new stage release; i started to wonder if any of the engines contains more stage interaction?

That is also the part where mugen fails or has hard times imitating that.Like splash dust effects,objects that can be effected by players and falling air combat unless patching all the chars.Shugendo has a zoom feature as far as i know.and i wonder if stage interraction is on the table or not for any of the engines.

Well, wouldn't it be possible to somehow put the water above the player's feet, so it looks like they're not standing on it?

I guess it is possible but u should separate water effect and the image below water from each other which is is probbly a pain in the ass  :o
I wish it was possible to add splash and such to stages..but maybe the upcoming engines has that feature

still this stage owns..I cant look at the old LR one after this.

Great stage :D awesome job but i need to point out 2 parts.

First one is stage needs reflection instead of shadows.and the perpective for shadows (reflection) must be changed.

second one is ..its not a so color loss but there is a problem with the tree.u can see it in 2nd screenshot right behind where anakaris stands.In game there are some light pixels which can be corrected manually.

my honest opinnions are all ur characters have big heads..i dunno how u even didnt realize it but look at that cage and shang tsung.besides shang tsungs face and body clearly have different skin colors.same big head issue for liu kang also.
but ur stages are pretty good really.except  1,2 and 5 has pespective problems

this is helpfull surely thank u for the link ;) but still it has some missing sprites like 2 more grapples and a flying butt stomp.

Look at some CvS sprites to get down the way to shade shorts, and most like a few spots that needs it.

If you want a full Boris sprite sheet, I can find some and then post them in here. But, when I post them, I have to credit the person who ripped the sprites. He will thank me for doing so.

i would like that sprite sheet as well.Maybe it contains the missing sprites.And credit wont be a an issue for me..ofc i will give,if i start to work on that wip
