Ghehe nice to know i was remembered by some people ^^.
I've been a good boy and been doing more basics then attacks this week, jumping and crouching is done.
Also some various tweaks, and i guess i pretty much settled on a 2 punches, 2 kicks moveset.

Well I've been holding on to these sprites ever since the Street Figher Alpha 4 project at that time died,
now i've just decided to open source them. Here's the link, and below are some animations from some of the moves.
These are edits from Street Fighter 3, Street Fighter 4 and Street Fighter EX
Enjoy, and don't forget to credit if you happen to use them.

Ghehe well ACTUALLY i had 4 buttons in mind, but they being weak attack, med attack, strong attack and ki attack.
More like Real Bout Fatal Fury. But 2 punch, 2 kick and one for ki attacks might work too.
Or if we're really going fatal fury/street fighter-ish then all of his ki attacks have to be in command moves
and not a seperate button for them. (He won't have TOO MANY ki attacks anyway given the direction i'm putting him in) He has a lot of moves already yes but most are for combo-purposes ^^

Well first off all thank you all for the great amount of interest here :D
Hehe Kratos sounds awesome, i've been respecting you for some time now XD
Yes ofcourse he should have some dbz-style, as long as he's still street-fighter-ish,
we can work this out together i think.

Sprites/animations that are finished are:
left hook punch
left hook uppercut
right gut punch (well 80%) finished)
blur kick
cartwheel kick (90% finished)
blast kick (90% finished)
roundhouse kick (90% finished)
hurrricane kick/super hurricane kick (special move)
boomerang kick
crouching low kick (but im not satisfied with that one)

stance
aerial guard
special landing
superjump (flip)
powering up

on my to do list are kamehameha (have2 sprites) and a reverse elbow blow.

I'll start on thebasics shortly, those are more important than attacks XD

Here's one more to keep things interesting.
I've actually videotaped myself doing a roundhouse kick
and then i traced it and edited into Goku  :S

Hmm yes i'm still not sure what i would do with him,
ofcourse a buttload of work goes into making a spritesheet
and i had in mind making the char together with a programmer,
so i can get some of my wishes into the char maybe XD
But yeah i don't have it all figured out yet,
as for now i'll keep adding sprites,
maybe wait for a super talent programmer to approach
and release the sprite pack AFTER the char is finished, maybe?
That sounds about right ^^

I've been taking a break from MUGEN lately
but now i'm back doing some spriting.

I have been working on my Goku Z2,
which is roughly Street Fighter Alpha scale.

The bases used for him; there are a lot KOF chars and a little ShinB Goku, also he has his stance from Budokai.

I am searching for a talented and realiable programmer for him, preforably someone skilled in Street Fighter-type characters.
Because, i want this Goku to play like a SF char, not so much a DBZ char.
I also have a concept of his movelist but that's discussable ofcourse.

Hey   nice SF3 to SFZ edits,

and a SFZ Ken with short hair :P? no problem, i was doing that already XD
I plan on first finishing the Ryu sheet and then editing them into Ken sprites,
it's the same amount of work as editing the long hair Ken himself.

uhuh yeah parrying+focus would be lil to much i guess,
i'll try to talk it into the guys of Marvel The Outsider,
the Air Focus too,
yes they were kinda doing a SFA4 game, i'm joining them!
For roster, my idea was not to have too much fighters, like 12/15 max,
but having them really balanced out as much as possible,
but again i'll have to talk it into those other guys :)
My roster was something like Ryu,Ken,Guile,Chun-li,Fei-Long,Guy,Sakura,Karin,Bison,Vega,Sagat,
some guy at MtO was doing a regulair Cody i believe, without handcuffs and in his shirt+jeans, he'll be great too, and ah we'll see  :sugoi:
FX wise, i love to keep it at sprites, not all too much motion blurred and shiny Photoshop fx, i love sprites!
SFX i wanne have crisp and painful sounding  ;D

Warping through time in his combo XD haha well i was just testing the animation,
the sprites are finished now though (his kick at least) but a sweet thought, haha!

If i get some big backup ill surely work harder,
i planned on a fairly small roster, like 10-15,
and i would love to add character-unique pre-battle intros,
some small animations when fighting a rival/friend.
Also im fairly decent in drawing, i can draw the artwork too for the mugen pack if neccesairy
(always cool i tought, anyone can use a googled picture in their work,
anywone can use a COOL picture too but with unique made images it's always better i think,
i mean that's what MUGEN is about right  :P
So yeah thanks again, ill keep at it and hope for some folks to join me,
for now ill leave some more gifs, enjoy!

Street Fighter Zero 4

Hey hey all,
i've been wanting to make a full game of "Street Fighter Zero 4",
let me break it down a little;
the main thing about this game would be the SFZ sprites:
i plan to update animations to make them more fluid.
So adding some frames to surtain animations.
besides that, it should have;
-parrying
-EX specials by tapping PP or KK instead of P or K
-Z-Counter (by pressing f+HP+HK when guarding)
-Focus Attack/Guard Break attack (with HP+HK)
-Hypers of varying levels
-at least 1 Ultra move (lv3 max hyper) per character.
The game should feel as real as possible, no crazy infinites and stuff.

Having said that, i am completely alone XD
i can do some decent spriting, but i dont have a coder(s).
some fellow spriters to help would be sweet too :)

So yeah if you're interested, lemme hear it please.

Now enough talk, i'll show you some edits for Ryu so far:

SF3-tatsumaki (internet slows this animation down:()
SF4-focus attack
counter combo
sprited selection pic

hope you like em, i´ll like feedback and ideas too  ;D And nice to be here!
Ooh yeah the (starting) roster would be Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, Guile, Fei-Long.
Later Sakura, Karin, Guy, Vega, Sagat and probably Akuma could be added.
I know a few gifs isnt very much for a beginning project, but hey im a lone spriter
with absolutely no programming skills :(

BTW some, i dunno, might know me from ZGTeam, where i made a GokuZ (which STILL isnt finished, thanks to lazy coder, should sound familiair to most of you i guess),
ill post some pics of him too:
