Exactly... although I drink Monster (every once in a while, they are really bad when you abuse them, what is in, right?) cuz I'm a server so, some times I need extra help., i tied to get rid of it, by exercising and getting more "action." The teas..... wakala, I do not like them, is just not for me, I guess the only one I drink is the passion tea from Starbucks. That really calms me down.

I like this new project, and I'm one of your biggest fans.
With that said, I go to the point. When creating a fresh new character, involving a mix (like in this case) is easy to question and criticize, but N-Mario, you nail it (in my opinion), this is one of the reason Mugen exists and I'm so glad i get to see and comment in one of your projects.
Story: Talking about the story of the character, you can right away blame Dhalsim and Shadaloo, a new way to defeat some "annoying" characters or just to experiment in new warriors without the 'Blanka" effects. In this particular case, they started a new experiment called Omega (Ω), which consists in taking fighters DNA and making "mixed clones" to create a perfect army, obviously, to conquer the world. The first one could be Kega.
(believe me I can gave you the full story, but I don't want to bored you)
Playability: Is kind of hard giving a MIX CHAR a set of moves, specially when you are doing this by yourself. You have the claws, there you can balance the attacks. Shor-Ryu-Ken can do a bit more damage using his claw., as well as the punches (obviously, not intending to be cheap here hehehe). About the climbing the fence... well, that could be fix, have you tried instead of grabbing to the fence, just using any walls to propel against the enemies like Vega??? You can set the claw on fire while doing the shoryuken, that could be a start. Also (if its mugenly possible) let Kega use the "Kick attacks" while claw-less, let him use his legs to do the damage.
This are just some ideas, but if you think they are worthless, just let me know and I will type no more and wait for his release, if like them, well let me know also. Good luck and I hope Kega get to be one more success.

It's animated, and it has a lot of stuff, that image was taken from Stage Viewer. It seems pretty simple but you will have a surprise once you open it in mugen. Is compatible in both WinMugen and Mugen 1.0
