I don't like the WIN placement, and I though it said WIND!

Animation to bigportraits and winquote portraits.
As a matter of fact.. winquote portraits could have a randomizer where you can select to pull from number X to Y , and the portrait is selected randomly from that heap, and something that pinpoints a specific portrait to go with a specific quote.
Whether or not it'll usher in "a new age of mugen" as some of you put it, Just happy to see something new from that end.
