Not bad at all.  :)  Like Mackx said, I wish it had more of a feeling of depth;  I was hoping to see more of the background.  Maybe stronger deltas would work?

Boundhigh is too high for my taste, but I'm sure others will disagree.  :)

Other than that, I approve.

Being a SSF2T fan, I gave Gouki a whirl.  Feedback begins now:

+SSF2T sprites!
+He actually somewhat feels like a SSF2T character.
+He's got actual super moves now!
-Too bad said super moves do waaaaaaaaaaaay too much damage (75% for SGS?  What the hell?).  Heck, he does too much damage in general, practically to the point where it's unfair.  Yeah, he's based on the CPU boss version, but geez!

Would have been a keeper, if not for the unfair damage values, but even then, it's pretty much nothing we people in MUGEN haven't seen before.

You know what I haven't seen?  A decent Kinderdijk (the windmill stage).  I'm surprised that a relatively simple stage (compared to, say, Shanghai) hasn't been converted in the same style as Neat Unsou's Burning Osaka.

I'm waiting for your tutorial about ripping 3D stages, Saturn Games, and various games from all over the place. :P

Hey, I'll get to it eventually, especially since it's a lot simpler than you'd expect  (well, the tricks I use, anyways).  It'll most likely be geared towards people with experience under their belts, since: (1) I'm not all that great with explaining things to newbies, and (2) those are the people who'll benefit the most from my shortcuts.  :)  But this is neither the time nor place to discuss such matters. since it's not my project thread.  (Sorry about taking up room in your thread, Fenix!)

I need beta testers to proof that it works and for corrections in my english  :S

I'm willing to do some proof-reading and corrections in the tutorial, as far as your English is concerned.  :)

The Photoshop part can easily be replaced by Paletero. And that's just a small portion of his tutorial.

And the Fighter Factory part can be replaced by Sprmaker, a batch-command file, and Notepad++, as far as putting together the SFF file is concerned, anyways.   8)

I've had an idea similar to FenixAzul's, as well, but honestly, I'm a terrible teacher.  Cybaster did cover a lot of ground in his tutorial, though, but more tutorials/interactive lessons can't hurt.  If anything, the spread of more stage-making information might make people realize that you can create more than just characters in MUGEN.  :p

Plus, that screenshot is pretty much all you're getting from the stage.  It doesn't scroll left or right; a majority of the near-200MB SFF is obviously dedicated to all the anim frames that make up the rotating background.  So unless you like LONGCAT loading times, you're not really missing out on much.  If anything, it's nice to have around as a novelty, but as a functional stage?  Not so much.

A very minor nitpick, Cy:  the "ASxxxDyyy" anim transparency parameter only works in WinMUGEN (and Linux MUGEN, if I remember correctly.).  Not that most stage makers nowadays are working in DOS, but it's just something to note.

Anyways, the tutorial is definitely required reading when it comes to stage making for vets and noobs alike.  I even picked up a couple things from it.  Good job, Cy!   :sugoi:

MML Ruins: perfect!  Parallax values are exact (i.e. no sliding characters here).  Personally, I'd probably adjust the floortension value to about 76 at the least, to prevent the screen from bobbing so much when characters jump.

MML Outdoors: boundhigh value is too high.  The proof is in the pudding:

250 should be a good enough value.
-No shadow for the police car?  It just seems kind of odd and incomplete, since the trees and the large reaverbot have them.
-Parallax floor values need to be adjusted, as the characters are noticeably sliding.
-Stage is too wide, personally speaking.  There's not really much to see at the extreme end of the stages, either, since most of the interesting, colorful background elements are pretty much in the center.
-See my comments about MML Ruins' about the floortension.  :)

Super Mario: Stage leftbound/rightbound values are asymmetrical.  238 should have been a good enough value for both sides.
-Again, I'm not a fan of the floortension values used, as it bobs too much for my tastes when characters jump and down.
-I actually like the look of this stage, as it doesn't use "traditional-looking" Mario elements.  It actually reeks of effort there. :)

All in all, good work, despite all of my complaints.   ;)  Keep it up!

I concur.  It's the stuff legends are made of.  I finally found something in MUGEN that I can like on a completely ironic level!  Must...contain...giddiness...

Mackx, in regards to the FF8 Ifrit background, have you tried 8mimc, the FF8 BG viewer program?  It'll help in getting cleaner rips and the like.

Try Meka for your Master System sprite ripping needs.

edit: lest I forget: In Meka, pressing F11 disables the main sprites layer, whereas pressing ALT+F11 will disable the BG layer.
