I'm okay with the idea of not winning, actually. Truth be told, I joined this year's competition because I thought it would be motivation enough for me to realize an idea of mine that I've always wanted to do (not the Guardian Heroes Forest stage, Cybaster :p ). I've put in a lot more work on it in the past couple of weeks thanks to the contest.

Good to hear that. This is a much-needed addition for people like me who don't have Tag 2, but still would like to practice on a current Tekken game! *quietly puts aside T6*
Something that came to mind after playing against people with ridiculously high stats (and barely winning in some cases): I wonder how feasible a match-making option based on stats would be? Searching for players within a certain range, like +/-10 of your power rating... that kind of thing.

Seriously though: I liked Dictator's voice from SFEX series...PSYCHOOOOO CANNONNNNNNNNN sticks in my head to this day. A quick search says I have Tomomichi Nishimura to thank for that, who also did Gouki/Dictator voices in other SF and SF-related games.

From looking around various sources (and being slightly disappointed that I haven't unlocked Bryan yet), the third unlock apparently happens at 30k. *crosses fingers for Bryan unlock at 30k* Ah, beat me to it! Good to know now.
Also, is it just me or do you get more experience for losing? It's not my mind playing tricks on me, right?

Ogre. One of the ugliest big portraits ever in MUGEN, broken as fuck, gameplay feels mushy, and stolen code up the wazoo (back when worrying about stolen code was a thing). Despite all of that, I still keep it around and play it every now and then because it's still oddly fun and something that can only exist in MUGEN.

I actually don't have a problem with the ticket system, seeing as to how I only play three or four online matches at the most whenever I'm on (and I'm not always on every day).
I'm still trying to get used to not having Bound combos, though.

So far, I've managed to battle mostly vanilla stats players. The furthest anyone's gone is maybe 3 tops in each category, from what I've seen in about an hour of play.
My first character unlock was Steve. Anyone else get anybody different? I've come across Bryan, Young Heihachi, and Jinpachi in Arcade, so I'm sure they'll be unlocked eventually.
