It's very tricky to code custom versus screens, but i already did them successfully 2 times.
The most important thing is a changestate in state -2 which forces the player to not play his intro until the versus screen and other stuff is over.
Also use some assertspecial's, like noFG, noBG, timerfreeze, nobardisplay, nomusic (<- this should be in a helper).
IIRC you also got to change some of the stuff in the fight.def, go for the [Round] and change ctrl.time and start.waittime to 0.

Easiest solution would be to use 1.1.
There you can save it simply as a 32 bit image
with that method you can't lose any quality lol

The stage looks amazing, but I hate 1.1's zoom/zoning so I just stick to 1.0. Any possibility of getting a downgraded version?
The screen shots look amazing.
it's not possible, i used 32 bit images there and some codes that aren't supported in 1.0,
only thing you can do is to turn the zoom parameter to 1 or completly remove it in the def

Man this was like the greatest compliment ever ! XD
Because this IS actually mugen, it's a part of the story mode, it's no cinematic too.
After the boss battle, you have a bit of free roam where you have to go to that space time thing lol

Its not possible to extract the voice sounds n stuff from the storm games yet
only way ya can rip stuff is, to go to options in the game and set the music to turned off
then you can rip some sounds with audacity from it, done it before, it works

Code copy/pasted to char & sprites held in your screenpack. My intentions are for everything to work in your own Mugen game, but you are right, if your using the code and on a certain stage then they would be part of a closed game environment till you left that stage. Other than that nothing activates. I'm also not using any varsets outside of helpers so the code won't affect a way a character is coded.
No vars ? Woah this is impressive, i gotta use vars all the time for this kind of stuff!
Anyways keep up the good work, it's also very creative :P
