well if you are p1 and hit p2 you just need to create a var on the next p2 state that will tell the p1 to change his state

Wow started to love the stage editor by the first second omg ! It makes the work faster and easier !!
Though it misses stuff like the 'scalestart' parameter, also sometimes the parallax was really fucked up on some stages.

but it works just like it should be
and well since i used reversaldef, every hitdef can hit the breakable stuff there

Oh youre coding the suigetsu thing ? That was exactly what i was talking about lol i also coded this one
but yea the way you want to use is like
P1 able to hit his own reversal and hitoverride ?
and p3 also to hit the helper of p1 ?
so if i understood it right, the only way to make this work is to give every attack of p1 and p3 an affectteam B but it would be stupid cuz then you would always be able to hit your team partner
The easiest way is to code it in every player like i did, it doesnt even bug or something, you just have to do it right haha

Nope you dont need it
Well its not possible for p1 and p3 to hit the helper of p1 so thats why you need to code it in p2 too !
I used this way on my game and it was the only way it could work

reversal thingy should be the best option
also i think u need to have the code on every player not only in one since u said its only coded in the p1

for the png thing you have to use ff3 and save your sff as mugen 1.1 format
and you also have to turn on the rendermode to opengl on your mugen cfg

Seriously to every stage coder who wants to make stages without losing the quality of it should stick to 1.1 .. Trust me, this 32 bit feature wich got added is so awesome! No colorloss or whatever at all!! Same goes for all these Screenpack coders !!
