I think "True love we're making" is the only soundtrack on that game I liked.

The Lod God, God/Ultimate Rugal's theme in CvS2 was pretty fitting and badass >:(

It´d be kind of a stretch to make Rugal a guest just based on that and his SF statues in KoF94 though, I'm afraid, though that'd make the project incredibly more appealing to me.

Although it might compromise the integrity of the street fighter theme, I'm inclined to agree with this.

Funny enough I've actually made a remix of Lord god for my versus project.  Badass theme

Satsui no hadou stance
10 frame dark hadou power-up animation  I took reference from street fighter alpha the movie.
   
Added a slight motion blur to it also. Obviously I will also implement some more special FX to this dark hadou stance like separated black aura.

Works too :) Maybe an Dark Hadou like Charge Moves.

More Charge = More Damage, but while in charge you get in the State where you get more damage on hit.

One move could be like this:

Ha dude exactly what I had in mind. See the way ryu is standing whilst he is using the dark hadou? That's the exact reference I used. The longer you charge the more damaging the move at the cost of defense.

So it's going to be a hold start and pick ryu to get evilryu huh.

No, his dark hadou is a stance type move.

cheers, Yeah Ryu's wave dash option allows for some great mix up and set ups. Like stalling a shoryuken, faking into a full crouch for whilst standing launches, dashing into standing uppercut, dashing into a overhead or low sweep. You name it.

-I'm thinking after Ryu uses a dark hadou move he'd go into a dizzy type animation for a short period similar to the way Devil jin rives in pain after using the third eye beam.

Adriel's halo is in the correct place it's directly levitating over her head so I'm not going to change that.

Yeah, A short jumping hadou-shoryuken attack that is safe on block and has major push back. the command is just frame f,N,d,d/f+2 or in mugen trans f,~,d,d/f+y.

Yeah Ryu's 2 main stances are hadou and dark hadou. Both which he can perform moves with negative or positive energy. Obviously during his dark hadou stance he'll have moves similar to Akuma's but at the cost of something.

Wonder how many slots those colors take in the palette?? those are indexed?? wondering since I don´t know 1.1 handle palettes.

Pretty much every available slot. Also I am indexing the characters in the regular FF not 1.1.

Hmm, how this halos looks ingame? I think you added Transparency to it, then I prefer the Disk Halos too.

Also the Warped Halo isnt correct at the horns. Its light or something ... but it just appears behind her.

-It looks the way it does now. I'm not going to make separate layers for the halo since there are far too many sprites to work with. I am already pushing the mugen engine to it's limits with what I have now and I don't want to give myself extra unnecessary work.

-Also the warped halo is correctly positioned. I know because I placed it there myself.

I prefer disk halo. Flaming one looks boring IMO.

Yeah, I'm going with the warped halo look.

Woah!, that Ryu model looks great, See if Namco would've actually did some work and try to finish their Ryu 3d model it would be pefect like yours. Also Maverik have you heard of the 3d fighting game engine callef E-12, Because there's a thread on the forums on here and maybe it might be something you'll be interesting into looking up since you make 3d models.

Will there be any evil Ryu transforms or alternate palettes

Ryu will have a hadou stance and a dark hadou stance from which he will be able to perform energy type moves with different benefits. So you'll be able to switch between the positive and the negative energy.

In regard to a physical transformation ryu's hair will turn red and stand on end whilst emitting a black energy so there will be glimpses of a transformation.

I like the new wings, it gives her a more "divinely important" look.

Yeah they also look better when spread too

Updated Adriels sprites
I wasn't happy with the way Adriel's wings folded up on my previous model or the colour loss so I gave them a more sleek look with more detail and re-rigged them so her wings sit more like Devil jin's in Blood Vengeance.

Also I altered her overall colour scheme so it's less messy when indexed in FF.


I figured the white haired version could be an alternate skin showcasing her in a more angelic light.

P.S. I never mentioned this before but the halo was initially supposed to be made of fire. If I can achieve this effect without rendering out separate layers and giving myself unnecessary extra work in FF then I'll go ahead. If not, then the halo will stay solid.
