I think you can actually skip a couple of stages in the list if you press up or down when selecting a stage. Well...... at least this works in Mugen 1.0 anyway. Is that what you're talking about? Or do you actually mean seeing which set of stages you want to choose from?

The ladder. i actually do know about skipping through them, but believe it or not it can still take some time getting to the stage i feel like playing on that moment

Like have them in columns and selectable that way rather than what we have now. i have tons of stages and getting through them all can take real effort.... but i like all my stages so i don't want to just take them out.

What do you think of this?

Well for SFA3, you didn't get to choose the stage it loaded it for you when you chose your characters

For instance Adons is 'A Lost Civilization' or Blanka's is 'The Brazilian Rainforest'

Are these official names by capcom, or creations of the authors of those stages?

And if they are official how would you find out if they are?

Can you have it so that certain characters have their own bosses? Like for instance Sagat could be Adons boss, or Ryu could be Akumas?

And can you set multiple stages to one character instead of just one?

Look for state 5900, and find the remappal state controller and change values from there. Or.. check the def file if there are palette remap controls and you can also adjust that from there..

Usually the palettes are in the 1,1... range(you can change the order in the sff itself

I found  this in Kamekazes yang:

[State 5900, 3] ;Intro for round 1
type = ChangeState
trigger1 = roundno = 1
value = 190
[State 5900, 3] ;Change palette
type = RemapPal
trigger1 = roundno=1
source = 1,1
dest = 1,palno

[State 0, ChangeState]
type = ChangeState
trigger1 = teammode=turns && time=3
value = 5901
[State 0, 0] ;Change palette
type = RemapPal
trigger1 = roundno >0
source = 1,1
dest = 1,var(54)
pausemovetime=999

So which values do i change here?

It's different with rajaa's necro and his dhalsim cause all you gotta do in those is go into their state files and find [state 5900, Palette] and change the palettes there. Kamekaze nor GM's characters seem to have that. i've looked for it.

Hi there, i want to reassign palettes on different buttons using sffv2.

I have GM's Ryu and Gill and want to make say button x = blue instead of red for example. How can i do this?

It's not like in sff1 where you just copy paste in the def file. so where would i go to change it?

Is there a way to lengthen the time for a characters victory pose?

There's a few characters in my roster who when they win, they have a pose along with a quote and sometimes they will get cut off and it will go to the next round or the match will end.

Is there a way to lengthen it? is it simple?

Kind of an odd question, but Vega(claw) has a very creepy laugh when he wins against you, and it got me wondering. who else has a creepy laugh?

Geki from the first street fighter has a creepy one too!
