Well, based on the other character pages I could pull up, there was a link at the top that started the download for the other characters.  Clicking the same link (I think...) for Neo's page results in a password query.  Stumped from there...

Ok, so I bit.  He does MASSIVE damage (tons of one-hit kos) but is kinda funny to watch.  Obviously not a character to be taken seriously at all.  The only major downside I found was the crazy long doomsday super does not seem to work on 1.0 - he just spazzs out with Lois appearing and disappearing for a few seconds, then grabs a rock out of nowhere, then turns into his dying mode.  One that note, his dying mode basic with the car... :sugoi:

Ok, so let me rephrase - what code am I looking for and in what part of the character's folder?

EDIT: or is it something I need to go into Fighter Factory for?  I have no clue when it comes to coding.

All of her sprites seem to be half the proper size, including her select portrait.  During a few attacks, her sprites return to normal size, but they seem like they are slightly different style.  I'm using 1.0, which might have something to do with it.  Any ideas how to resize the character (without editing the cns scales, I've always found that messes up other things...).  Or is it just incompatible with 1.0?

His AI is a little annoying to me.  All he does is a insta-blocks (EVERYTHING), rolls, and 5-7 hit combos.  Rinse and repeat.  Could use some more variety IMO.

Go to you folder options on your computer's control panel and under the view tab, select "Show hidden files, folders, and drives".  This will show ALL the hidden files on your computer.  Edit the properties of the .def file so that it is not hidden, then set your folder options back to default.

Infinity Mugen just released a bunch of filtered, pseudo-HD MvC characters.  If you don't mind Infinity's stuff, you can check their forums for the characters.

Edit: Hmm,  it says it was taken down Oct. 31 last year.  That's more recent than the other stuff....maybe then there are newer versions.  I'll look around for other links on this.

Sexx on Wings.  Provided by Jed.  I tested it and it seems fairly accurate to Battle Assault 2, nothing really added save for a weird-ass select port and the select port staying below the character during the fight.  I'm sure you could take that out if you wanted.

Def file is hidden on the DBZ stage...nothing really critical, I know, but frustrating when I couldn't figure out why the def wasn't unzipping.

I'm curious, is there an Wing Zero Custom Gundam out there that's not chibi/super-deformed?  I've seen older Mugen fights from '07 that had such Gundams, but never found any working links, nor any Wing Zeros.
