Probably one of the cheapest motherfuckers out there, for me personally. It's just a constant battle not to get grabbed otherwise he'll probably catch you in one of the many infinites he has (he can also drag you in by going into this cyclone move, sort of your standard lariat on crack.) Not even joking, he's effectively taken down a lot of cheapies I've thrown at him. It's a good example of characters that don't need to be labled "omega infinite etc" to be cheap.

Another good example is the Vergil by bugya.

Cheap doesn't mean hard AI, for God's sake. Just because you can't defeat a character doesn't mean it's cheap.

We all know cheap doesn't mean hard A.I, we just say it to mean that. It's like how some people use the word "gay" for various things "THATS GAY!" "DUDE, THAT IS GAY!" What those people are referring to is not really gay, but they just say it to mean stupid, dumb and so on. :yes:

It up to you, 1.0, does indeed, have a lot to offer just like at what WinMugen did. Most of the mugen characters are compatible with 1.0 but then again some are not. I'm quite sure your street fighter characters would work on 1.0, but it doesn't hurt to check. Same with stages.

I really like 1.0 and WinMugen, I have them both. It's up to you weather or not you want to upgrade or not. But 1.0 does have some great improvements. ;)

When I loaded the stage, this happened.

Where is the "Battle In The Sky" ?? Instead I get The Pit 3

I downloaded from your site and put it in my folder/select.def and I get this instead.

Possible? Yes, by editing the scale parameter's in the fight.def. You pretty much have to change the scales and the positions.
This should give you an idea
(go down to the motifs)

Some WinMugen characters would allow you to transfer them to 1.0 but some wont. So you dont really have to worry about converting each and every one of your characters to work with 1.0.

If a character is not compatible with 1.0, such as Dragonclaw, then thats when you have to convert them to 1.0. (if there is not one converted already)

Rednavi posted up a tutorial here on the guild on how to do that

Hope this helped.  :)
(Please take not that even though some WinMugen characters allow you to transfer them to 1.0, dont expect them to work 100%)
