I remember Crashday (game) had easy to acces car sounds, "get the game" and open cars folder, they are neat and easy to edit.

Dude, he's got an afro. He's guaranteed to be immensely powerful. 
Shame we never got the most powerful Ryu then. 
at my Mugen starts I was making "Cassius Clay Ryu". which was black Ryu who throws huge hadoukens and has boxing gloves, but delated him

As I quited Mugen I decided to release all my playable/worth releasing wips, the only one was Goku JUS, so here you go, no readme built:
Goku JUS, gameplay built on Kenshin by Laharl, there are not many JUS chars here and his was the best JUS in Mugen

Yes, Human is quiting Mugen.
I really enjoyed being mugen creator, released some stuff and all, but I relized its not enough for me anymore, I have to make a profit from the effort I put to my creations.
I started making sprites for people who make games for phones/websites, got few clients already (check my deviantart), it takes too much time to make stuff for mugen meantime, so its obvious what I have to choose, also school exams are comming up.
So I want to thank all the friendly people I crossed here and friends/allies I have met, I will come back with something someday, but not soon.
If you want me to upload all wips for you to finish, write in your post "yippie ki-yay!"

Its one of many missions, this is from "What if:" saga where Vegeta, Nappa & Raditz survived instead of Z Warriors and landed on planet Namek in search of dragon balls, its right after their landing, fight will be Vegeta (30 000), Nappa (22 000) & Raditz (15 000) vs Zarbon (30 000), Dodoria (22 000), Cui (15 000) & few soldiers (2500, bunch of meat).

Few times I saw Superman's Laser Beam look like red kamehameha, its when he uses it full power
