hmmm I noticed in comparison to the stand sprite on both cammys. Delta Red's chest seems smaller than Killer Bee's.

hmmm so far so good. Plays rather nicely imo. all he needs is an AI and that special Intro with POT's Ryu.
One thing I would ask though, is it possible to add a burn effect for the Lvl.2 Shinku Hadouken? I recall the more powerful version of this attack burns the opponent in some games. Shame that RK Hadouken didnt make it in but I guess beggars can't be choosers.
Overall I give this WIP a 9/10. nicely done and it works perfectly with add004.
EDIT: in testing him with Gouki by POTS with Evil ryu, Ashura Zanku teleport by either one don't go through your E.Ryu.

For a long time I saw your works have been revered as superior and by far legendary to the point where I'm trying to make a private full game including your character system's variations from other creators out there tbut I wanted to ask, and I understand if you are not interested in mugen, If it be possible to give the world one last character, be it from a different game or CVS2, who would it be?

I just hope that a patch can be made for her Frankensteiner. Seriously, Hooligan Roll and Frankensteiner are inverted and I have no idea of fixing this.

They have a valid point. In a weird and somewhat awesome way, Omega mode Evil Ryu would be perfect to add to your wip, esp. for using the attacks as either Ex attacks or maybe even Shin Evil Ryu mode.
