as a way of celebratin' a recent R.O.K. accomplishment, ZombieBrock & ya boi Alpyne are releasin' this update we've been tinkerin' with for tha Forest Training stage he released last year. it's not tha greatest, but it doesn't suck too much either, i think.....

don't forget about Spinal & Cinder's joints, they're phukkin' killer! i cop'd tha soundtrack CDs for KI & KI2 immediately back when, & still rock'em to this very day! Turk & Gargos FTW!!

Since doing these stages I've realized just how awesome SFA ost was. I knew I was in love with the gameplay, but the didn't realize how good them music sounded back then. And I was know for paying very close attention to bgms. They're what drive me during a fight.
same here [which is why i seldom lose on MSH when fightin' on Cap's stage ]

sometimes, when it comes to BGMs, especially in fighters, 1 doesn't always catch these things immediately, completely see/hear tha whole picture, til later on; this has happen'd to me as well on a couple of occasions, so don't sweat it too much. but in tha end tho, it doesn't really matter when or where you end up hearin' BGM greatness, just as long as when you do, you luv & appreciate it accordingly.

It was kinda difficult playing SNK games back in the day, even with the right resources....

not really. there were arcades, & even if you didn't have access to any that had Neos in them, then came along emulation. hell, i've been playin' Neos thru emus since '02, & in a pletorra of arcades before then!

yup, i was an Arcade World Warrior 1ce Opon A Time.....


Genjuryo I was going to for sure but I can't read the characters in actjapan's version... know of any others?

Hanzo by KGenjuro. a pretty solid innovative character, & hella fun to play with, but tha timings on tha chains he has [especially his grab chains] are waaaaaay too strict. let that be your 1st mission to change up a bit on him.

small suggestion/request my dude: tha original HK Hien-Senpuu-Kyaku should be an aerial special. tha ground EX version is fine as is, but he should  have at least 1 aerial special option, especially for endin' air combos; that particular move would fit him nicely [much better than an air uppercut], without goin' overboard. you can pretty much have it tha same for all of tha kick strengths; no real variation should be needed too much between'em outside of damage, sound, &/or how hard tha opponent hits tha ground from whichever 1 they get connected by.

Marco's pretty solid otherwise tho, i dig rumblin' with him.  :2thumbsup:

It can still be command cancelled. It does make sense, and I felt that I should have taken it out initially myself. After some feedback from JZ, I went ahead and found middle ground with some of his suggestions for cancels. C.MK was something I agreed upon as well.
