I think is a nice stage but wont hurt to add a bit of Lightning in the distant cloud and have the cloud moving when the lighting is pulsing on the clouds before the lighting strike the ground now that I just think about it this bit close to Street Fighter One Eagle's Stages but still is a cool stage none the less thank you so much for sharing it with us

I like to make some mugen characters in a D4 format. The only thing I have at moment is Gimp free software. I just want to work with what I have and make thing better. I learn very fast and follow Instruction very good. I tried some way to search on the subject sadly I can't find it. : At the moment I am learning all the basic mugen skills on my own like animation and other thing.

I cant tell if the screen pack looks high res or low res and some the words is a bit hard to read. I also notice your screen pack look bit like noz screen pack is more of a put together screen pack. I know did your best but I think u should start over and learn more about art and graffiti by recreating your own symbols,icons and the way the screen pack should look. I know in the future u will improve
